  5. it strips EVERYTHING ... theres no oil or anything left casue it eats it all away... so you got to coat them so it doesnt ruin or rust your sleves... id use 2 stroke oil vice wd-40 but either will work... if the spots are bad you might want to pass a hone through the sleeve and clean it up before you put it back together
  6. ditto

  12. aluminum doesnt rust so your good.. aluminum only gets that weird white buildup when theres water with too much minerals and crap on it passing over it continuosly... thats why the water jackets and studs will have crap builtup when you crack your cases sometimes..

  20. theres a "pump" if ou want to call it that.. its like a small disk in a round thing not sure whats its called ,,, but as the vacume pulses it acts as a pump... not sure if it works or it was was designed to work but dosent ... i dont know i was younger when we raced them and didnt do shit to the karts my self but put the tires and motor my dad built on and raced... he did all the tecnical stuff...
  21. i have to disagree with you... i used to race laydown enduro karts with the little kt 100 2 strokes on them... we raced them on nascar tracks... pinned at about 14k-15k only time they got letup was for the small portion we where running the infield course... thats where we always incountered motors sticking...

  24. there are three differant plugs... 87-94, 95-96, 97-on... any tach can be used that has the small plug that fits it...it would probly be ezer to just get a tach that wraps to your spark plug wire and runs with a battery..
