  1. a 4mil long rod is the most common upgrade ppl do to a banshee... with the minumal work for a 4mil your looking at about 7% gains... nothing amazing but if you hav the money and time you can easily get 80 hp out of your stock jugs with it... nice dune or drag port with some 35PWK, VF3, drag pipes, dyna, nology, timing plate, clutch, swinger, suspension, tire/wheels... you can get there... but even if you dont go all out it will be a big improvment ovr stock for sure... what kind of riding you do? and list any mods and we can help you sort it out..
  2. no i have just the stock light... mines not a brakelight just a taillight... thats the last thing im spending money to replace lol
  3. the line fromt he rad cap run it down the frame and tie it off.. the other you dont need...
  4. the pj's are a little harder to idle then pwk's... mine would barly idle when i had them on...its hard to say what your compression should be ... to many factors...
  5. your compression is good... as log as its not 10 psi or more differance your ok... it all depends on what gas you want to run for how much timing... id say you should be good with +4 edit: i might have to run 50/50 if you dont already
  6. i havent had any problems along with many others on here with it leaking... if your motor is cooling like it should you have nothing to worry about... also instead of running 18 bucks for engine ice get a gallon of distilled water and some redline water wetter and you will have more coolant to last you then youll need over several seasons at a fraction of the cost
  7. 500 seems kind steep... iv never been a fan of mikuni... they make some good carbs but those cost much more then getting some PWK

  10. ya so those are nice looking biikes.. they got alot of money making them pretty ubt notice they all have low to mid ranged pipes... none of those are big motors or drag bikes.. so like has been said several times on here the 2itno1 are good for trials and bottom end not topend...

  12. ok to replace your clutch... drian fluids... pull your clutch cover... take off the springs...unscrew the clutch adjusrter in the center of the pressure plate.. pull the plate off slide the fibers out and replace them... put the news ones in and make sure they have been soaking.. and go in reverse... make sure you readjust your screw in the center and you torque the spings down..
  13. thats a 20% bottom and a 15% top over stock... and id be willing to bet that its not anywhere near that much.. but either way i think we all agree that the stock carbs are garbage so you could put a 2itno 1 and a terd on the end of it and be better off then stock carbs
  14. to simplify it.... they are good for trails not drag... you lose topend and your bottom increases a small amount...

  16. no the ones in my sig are 20x10x8 10pads on 8 inch... and the rolout is like 58in i got normal haulers bead to bead.... yea im going 4mil cub.... 421 lockup 1-5dunable nology 35PWK shearers dyna got a bunch comin this time around, and im cutting the frame and having it all prettied up

  18. i useually top off my tank then i take 4 more 5 gallon cans.. that will last me the whole trip.. i like to ride then chill, then ride then chill... im not much of a night riding either i like to see what im about to hit...
  19. yea i know what you ment... from sea lvl to 1500 its pretty much the same so you would only need to change one maybe two sizes thats will get you close then do some plug chops and get it spot on
  20. yea jeffs building me a cub... im having alot done to my bike this go around... iv lightened the fram some but once i get it stripped to bare frame then ill finish it... im not too worried about having it done for banshee wars.. im more or less taking my time once its apart and gettng everthing done the first go around so i dont have it half assed...
  21. i didnt like the rads, they didnt seem to have much over stock... when i went to my vf3 i could tell a big differance over the rads
