  1. lol u clown... i like the statment anymore lol.... im pretty sure these arnt going to rust... my grubby little hands where all over them when ploishing them... ill see today if they rust or not and then ill get them nice a damp and see what happens too...
  2. either way it really shouldnt matter casue its not being ridin it water and when i wash it it gets dryed off and wd40 so it should be good...
  3. your going to need to revalve the shock on top of that new spring... call cascade and ask them what spring they recommend.. or call works... they will explain everything u want to know

  5. yea u can run the washers.. they ar the same.. the flanged nut doesnt lock or anything... its just personal preferance on looks.... ill have to grab a magnet and see if those are steel or not... if soo ill hit them with some clear or just run the cascade ones....
  6. how ever told you that... ask them for a detailed reason why its better? im willing to bet he cant give you a valid reason... many guys with big motors run yamalube...all the name brands that charge more dont offer any more protection...your paying for the name...

  8. the ones cascade sells isnt the liped kind... i bought some but today i was cleaning my garage... and sift through my nuts and bolts... the stock nuts polish up very well if u want to spend the time to hold them ahd polish them out...

  12. 16 cc is pretty extreme.... did you have the crank re-welded? the hotrods weld on thse arnt very good...
  13. the formula is : Stroke in mm X Bore in mm X Bore in mm X .0007854 X number of cylinders... so a 4mil 68mm bore would look like... 58x68x68x.0007854x2=421

  17. make sure you dont use cheap china made galvanized bolts if you do this... they melt very ez and will pop the melted metal in your face....
  18. well even though u and dave butt heads talk to him he ran them on his old setup.... i havent personally ran them before but i know many guys that have and they swear by them...
  19. Used, orings look good but you should always replace the base orings...also youll need studs but they run like 15 bucks... 150 shipped to lower 48 states... the picts are before i took it off the motor, its been cleaned after these where taken... if your interested send pm...
  20. yea it will still spark... it just wont rev... with the ebrake pulled you can start it but when you hit the gas it will just bog out... to remove the ebrake you just have to unplug it at the cap... if you still got yours on unplug it and see what happens...
  21. on my 2000 the brake light come off the light switch blue... same thing snop was saying just differant color...
  22. blueing happens yes... but sever blueing is becasue your jetting is off...
