  6. yep.. you dont have to do the steels but might as well...
  7. your not removing your basket and inner hub are you? your just putting in new plates? if just plates you only remove the pressure plate and pt the new ones in and adjust the clutch...
  8. get a trailer for sure.. i dont see how these guys stand their bikes up like that then drive a few hours to go out ridig then drop them down and start it up... 2 stroke isnt that bad casue there is no oil in the crank case but a 4 stroke that isnt the smartest thing iv seen... not a chance in hell youll see my bikes loaded up like that...
  9. he is looking over some other options... not going with this setup for sure... you got to read more into some of his other posted and you will see why... he has many posts asking bout cubs then bb cheethas... so to complie everything into one yes he would need all that if he went with the setup he has been preading out over 6 or 7 differant posts
  10. on an oem finder they are 2.64 each at alba...

  13. oh this line is what made me think he was needing bulk to manufacture something...
  14. umm im pretty sure thos carbs dont need a kit... they should come ready to bolt up... you just got to remove the tors from your bike... the kits have the idle adjusters so you can tap your stock carbs becasue you had to use the tors before to adjust them... but these should drop right in after you remove all the tors shit...
  15. i think he is looking for like a flat roll of material.. not a filter thats made.. from what iv read h said somethig about making a marketable product ...

  17. we taped my plastics off with electrical tape to mark it... then made a line in sharpie of where to cut... got an old used cutting disk for a dewlat grinder and cut them... took a knife and knocked off the melted plastic and them sanded the edges smooth...
  18. i never torque any of that.. just put in the bolts and tighten them down making sure you dont over tighten them...
  19. lol its not hard man juts make sure you got the right tools and you can take it apat and put it all back together in one after noon...
  20. the part about the domes is lol being more expensive that is
  21. well to be honest it wont be less and it might actually cost you more to go BB... depends on what you get and where you go... you can put a crank in your motor your self if your a little bit mechanically inclined... trust me its not nearly as hard as you think it would be... get a clymer and it walks you step by step on how to do it... and you always got bhq if you still dont understand... click the bigred linkin my sig... he took picts of how to take apart a motor... it would be well worth your time to do the crank and not bb...
  22. look into a dune/play port... i wouldnt go full drag becasue you said you ride trails... get a good port job and a 4mil crank in there with a lockup and you got a totally differant bike... the lockups are kinda tuff to swwitch gears on so id look at getting a duneable override so you can make full throttle shifts without your clutch keep in mind your probly going to need a longer swinger too...along with it a chain and new sprokets never reuse ol sprokets on new chains it wears them out faster.. it adds up very fast
  23. if thats the case get a hub puller and bust it loose... only if you need to replace it already...
