  5. anyone one know of a place or have a set of nuts for the lower part of your cylinder that is polished or chromed?
  6. problem with that is the alminum sheild thats on the back of there is larger then all the other metal so it hits first... i think im going to have to just drive my happy ass to el cajon to harbor frieght get my vice and some pullers while im there..

  9. nah i hit it with some wd40 and let it sit... but im not a fan of pounding it being that my brake disks are connected they normally fall off with a small tap but they havent been off in a while so they are lodge pretty good...
  10. theres not really any trick involed... some inclueing my self use intake with built in crossovers.. others just plug them... there has been no dyno runs to my knowledge that have yeilded any results of power increas becasue of the crossover... i do know that if your planning on a boost bottle your basically adding apaper weight to your intakes... have fun

  14. bump... took it off the bike yesterday.. looks good... pressure washed it ... theres some stuff on the front where the main pivot bolt goes in that could use some better cleaning but it wasnt my main concern being i was stripping the bike to the ground... interested give me a halla

  17. old school or not... blue printing can bring out some hidden power that a cnc misses... like i said if you looking into squeezing EVERY little bit of power out of a motor its not a bad idea... many small time builder or racing do this still for the fact that it works and they dont have the money to put into cnc machines and all the technology...

OJ you got to be fukin kidding me... you in no way posted correct info on how a 2 stoke pipes design works... the post was made prior to you joining bhq and ranting about nothing...your stupid fukin supercharger comparison is 100% absolutely ass backwards from the function of a 2 stroke pipe... and the reason i post the internal working of a 2stroke in my sig is to give ppl a visual of how it actually works and to clear up the bullshit confusion ppl like you throw out there... so please keep this thread going so everyone new and old to the sight that hasn
  24. ummm no i dont remember that... please find that for me and post it.... i do know the crank case thread your talking about and it wasnt that it part of the cumbustion chamber... it was said that the crank case pressure forces more air fule into the cumbustion chamber... it was also stated about the pipes how they redirect the air fule that exits with the exhaust back into the cylinder just before the piston closes the exhaust side... think you need to get your shit straight hommy
  25. 2 lbs of air can make a night and day differance... try dropping to 4 lbs and give it a whirl... people dont realize how much air pressure take part in racing... also to 2003LB... when they say your over paddled that doesnt mean the bike isnt going to feel strong ... they are saying that your making the motor spin those paddles and killing your top end.. by lossing a paddle or two depending on your setup you will keep your tire spin up and like DA said keeping your R's up... on a 2 stroke R's are your best friend no R's means no powerband...no powerband means you lose to that thumper being rode by a 15 year old kid you should try and find some tires with less pads and trying it out id be willing to be youd like the differance..
