  1. the holes should line up to the shift drum cover thing. unblot all three and put the case saver over the top and bolt down
  2. knowing that he is a trucker, id say give him a little more time. i havent bought anything from him before but he doesnt seem like the kind of person to stiff someone.
  3. the thing that makes all the electrical power for your motor to work.... under your left leg when sitting on the bike...
  4. kinda in the wrong forum
  5. keep in mind your stator isnt much of a fan of water either, so if you get water in there from a crappy rubber gasket then that can end your day as well..
  6. not sure what style mikunis you have but you jst remove the cap and slide out the needle with the slide. pull the spring abck and remove the cable from the slide. unscrew the cover that the cable was holding and unter there is your needle. there is a clip on it that you pop off and move it to another groove and install the opposite as you took it off.
  7. GB Racing CDI Relocator Plate sold... Bump
  8. hehe
  9. also talk to Kevin at Herr jugs racing. last i talked to him he had a week turn around because he doesnt have much work right now. dude dose a killer job, is very ez to get ahold of, and his prices are by far the best.
  10. i think the main concern is busting through to the water jackets. cooling and seizeing shouldnt be any more of an issue as long as your tolerances are set correctly.
  11. your just advancing when the motor fires. doing this will give you more bottom end at the cost of a little top end.
  12. for unported i believe it was. edit: shee4speed, i didnt even take a look to see if you where running a stock crank or stroker, if your running stock you might want a little smaller, maybe 33's. its all personal preferance.
  13. humm thats weir cause we always had to turn them close to all the way out.. reguardless of the jets.
  14. how many turns did you have to go on yours before they picked up and stayed idleing? i have talked with severl guys and we all had to almost turn it all the way out just to hold idle, didnt matter what size jets where used.
  15. maybe, mine where a bitch to get tuned. once i did it was just like any other carb. it was just getting the inital jetting right and the main thing, getting them to freakin idle. that was a pian in its self.
  16. hehe
  17. dave ran his at like 8
  18. this is the man i was talking about above, he will take care of you. kev i think he sent you a message last night. i talked with him on the phone for half an hour or so, told him to get ahold of you and talk about some options to figure out what kinda of setup would suite him.
  19. hehe i dont remeber off the top of my head what i paid for my pj's but i want to say it was around the same for my pwks
  20. i noticed with my pj's i used alot more gas then with my pwk's
  21. i would stay away from pj's many ppl i know of including my self had a hard time getting them jetted correctly, i swapped my pj's for some pwk. and im glad i made the change
  22. well i guess you got a lemon then :yelrotflmao: casue every set iv seen you have to shim , as far as the chroming goes they have one of the worst chromers doing it, the shits gold and isnt thick at all
  23. yea im going to hit up that Fastnal place and get all the shit i need. i only need to make 4 zerks o im not going to bother with a shit ton of them. i just wasnt too sure that a center punch would make enough of a mark in 4130 chromoly to start a hole with a hand drill. i need to get another grease gun, i got one last year and the damn thing didnt seal around the zerks and grease went everywhere
  24. ill tell you i was kinda scetchy before i bought these, but now that iv got them, they got me sold. ill turn everyone i can to them, your not going to find any arm with this quality for 350 bucks. im one of those guys thats always spent the extra mony for the name brands, but now im starting to go with the off brands and seeing they are just as good, and at times even better. these guys with big names normally have shity customer service casue they already got the big name going for them, where as the little guy have to make a good product and give awsome service so they can compete with the name. iv asked the guy at wicked several questions over the last fews weeks and it didnt take more then a few hours to get a respones.
