  1. hey charles, i know a few guys had some issues with full flight, and they apparently do not warranty thier product as they claim they do. plus im not a fan of the hemi's go with the ones i told you about... edit: oh and i mean nto a fan of the hemi's on the spindles.. not the ones at th frame...
  2. man im miss reading the shit out of this thing... anything before the cylinders can be polished ... as you know just dont do the intake track
  3. its all personal preforance... there are a ton of good oils, the only thing is they are all made in the same factories and have a few "secret" additive once they are purchased added to them. Very common oils are Yamalube 2R, Maxima 927, Motul most ppl run them from 32:1 to 40:1 but its all personal preferance... you will get alot of differant answers with 150 psi you can run pump gas... but if you plan on running any timing advance id bump to 50/50 edit: also unless your running at like 500 feet below sea level your jetting seems very rich... have you done a plug check?
  4. yup like i told him go to wal mart and get a black and decker jig saw for like 15 bucks. mark where you want to cut with some electrical tape and get it all nice and even, once it looks good mark it with a sharpie and remove the tape... start cutting. as you cut some plastic will melt, once your done get the edge of a razor and drag it along the plastics and remove the left overs. you dont need to actually cut it off, just drag the blade and it will come off. then i use medium grit to flatten any imperfectiong. then wet sand it to a perfect smooth surface and round the edges.
  5. oh your talking about the reed cages? i thought you where talking about the intake track after the cages... id make the cages smooth.
  6. your intake should stay rough. just remove any casting flaws... it aids in atomization of th fuel. but you can polish the exhaust side
  7. i normally use it to buy things, i havent had any issues yet so i cant tell you how they work when there is a dispute, but when i get money i transfer it into mybank account right away. they are not allowed to take money out of your account without your permisson. if they do itsvery ez to fight it and get it back.
  8. you can try to restore it back to last month, or if all else fails recut the hd. i used to recut mine evry 3 months
  9. dont bother with the jetting kits. they wont give you exactly what you need. buy the jets seperate. at sea level using stock carbs with pods, and pipes your looking at roughly this jetting 300-310 main 27.5 pilot stock needle 3rd or 4th clip... air screw 2 turns out that will get you very close. then you will just have to play with it a little from there to fine tune it
  10. are all four of them the same length? they should be long enough so you can have play in and out to properly set your caster/camber.... if you have your old ones messure them up to the new ones and see how much of a differance there is. i wouldnt want to run one without the jam nut on my bike, im sure you "can" but i wouldnt want to be the guy thats testing it.
  11. stock gearing is 14 teeth on the front sproket ( attached to the left side of the motor) 41 teeth on the rear. by changing your ratio you make your power output change. you can gear to have more power from the lowend of your power band but this will sacrifice power on top. by adding one tooth to the font would be the same as taking 2 1/2 - 3 teeth off the rear. so what ever you do to one you can get the same by doing the opposite to the other sproket (with a small conversion that is) there is nothing that an aftermarket sproket will do other then take the abuse better. always run steel sprokets. the aluminum ones tend to sheer off . when you replace your sprokets you want to replace your chains as well, you dont have to it just help keep the parts from wearing out faster.
  12. if thats the case then the army uses a differant setup then the marines. the ones we use are the same on every vehicle. and they dont put out crap for light. just enough to see with nvg's. good luck with it.
  13. sold him my works shocks. no bullshit out of this guy! pmed said he wanted them and drove down the next day to pay for them! cash in hand... you would be a fool to not do business with him!
