  1. 10 days is kinda stupid to get upset over. Now maybe if he said you should get it by this day and its been 10 days later then yes you got an issue but to simply jump to conclusion becasue you havent gotten your part in 10 days makes no sense. edit: when i sell something using paypal i normally do not send the part until the money is deposited in my bank account. it is too ez for them to make a retraction once i let them know the part is i the mail. that alone takes 3-4 days. then shipping depending on where it goes. that right there alone puts it at 10 days or close to it. and thats assuming that the person is right on top of pacing it withdrawing money shippig and all that.. some ppl just got other things going on and it takes a little extra time
  2. Looking for a set of Tierod ends with castle nuts that do NOT require me to ream stock banshee spindles. The threads MUST be clean and undamaged on BOTH the tierod end AND the castle nuts. Also Willing to buy a set of hemi's to replace tierod ends. Same as above, looking for a set that will not require reaming of stock spindles and the threads on BOTH hemis and the nuts must be clean and undamaged. Let me know what you got. Greg and they need to be male style threads. oh and i got correct on my bad spelling its heims not HEMI'S im sure you guys understand i want heims and not a big motor
  3. dose he make cables for pwks and other carbs or only lectrons?
  4. ahh too bad. Comeon guys. You need to be a little more patient! everyone is not out to fuk you. I have a guy that is obviosly doing that but I gave him the benifit of the dought and gave him plenty of time to make it right before jumping to judgment. 10 days is simply not enough to think your getting screwed. Like one of the other guys said here, try buying a seat from a dealership. your worried about 10 days, you will wait well over a month there. You got to realize that people have other things going on and cant just drop what they are doing all the time to make sure your seat carbs or what ever it is make it to you in 3 days. There is too many bad apples out there for sure, so i understand being worried but filing a claim and it wasnt even 2 weeks is just rediculose. There are several names on here that are obviosly guys that are not going to fuk you. Had this been a new member that hasnt been around the HQ for some time id be a little more worried but comon guys, start using some common fukin sense.
  5. if the inner hub and basket did lock i would assume that they would remane locked together. thats the only way i see it being able to move the bike. if after you took out the plates the two should still remain stuck together. if they came apart i dont think it would work.
  6. if the pressure plate has nothing to push against then your bike should not move.your clutch works off the pressure holding the plates together making the basket spin, they could all be steel or what ever but with only 6 steels you should have a large gap from your last plate the the pressure plate. making the clutch spin and the bike not move.
  7. its going to put a hurtin on it for sure. i have a Dodge Turbo Deisel 2500, when we pulled ym toyhauler it wasnt "hard" to pull but it diffenatly takes a toll on the truck, i want to say my trailer was 7200 lbs and we had 2 quads. you will make it but its going to EAT gas and be pretty stressful on the motor. i see guys all the time pulling shit out there like that. just make sure your tanks are empty. i always fill up in el centro. there is the big truck stop on the right side. go there and fill up and stop there on your way home to dump. id say you will be ok. just be sure that you check your manule and make sure your truck rates the trailers weight (which it should)
  8. if all you had was 6 steels i dont see how you where able to get any pressure against the inner hub and pressure plate to even move the bike...
  9. LOL Turbo you just got dimed out !!!! HAHA
  10. 87 tp 94 are one plug, 95-96 is another, then 97 to present is the same
  11. there is more to the valveing then the wieght its all about return rates and all that, id say bit the bullet and have it done right for your weight. they will change out all the seals and put new oil in there as well.im probly going to have to do the same thing on my rear marvin shaw i just got, but its alot cheaper then an elka or works shock

  13. this kinda reminds me of the part in Locked Stocked and Two Smoking Guns... where they are talking about ripping ppl off by selling sex toys and then sending them a letter from faggot fan club saying that the americans bought out all the toys in stock...
  14. ok guys im scrapping the zerks but incase anyone wants to know... the most common zerk at a store like Fastnal is going to be a 1/4-28 zerk. for this you will need a #3 drill bit and a 1/4-28 tap. cheers

  22. they will all come with the small round stuffer. they match up fine but you have to cut a small portion of the stock intakes for them to fit right. you will see exaclty what im talking about when you put them against your stockers. its very obviose what has to get cut edit: is there any reason you dont want to just get a billet intake ?
  23. i havnt used alky (methonal) in many years so im trying to pull something out of my brain housing group from many years back... so dont hold me to it. but i dont recall alky/meth having any issues in regaurds to that in cold temps. they have other issues with how well they run in the cold.. or hell it could be the heat for all i remeber .. its been almost 10 years so i cnt say for sure... ask Dajogejr he ould know he runs alky and lives in mich
  24. it depends on what they are setup for but i want to say its like 600 psi. if you use a tire gauge type thing to to test it you will loose almost all of the pressure in no time. its a quick sss and its gone... call works and ask them they would be able to tell you for sure
