  7. ??? im assuming your talking about the tranfers? if so yes they get ported. depending on the port job the angles and the amount of metal taken will vary. like i said before, this isnt something that your going to just grab a dremel and do. the proper tools alone will cost you a few grand. its tryuley an art that takes many many hours to do. unless you already know how to port id lave it to someone that has made the mistakes and just pay them. in the end it will be much cheaper
  8. you chage the duration of the intake and exhaust ports as well as open up the transfers. its not something you can jut read a book about and do, its an art. you have to be willing to destroy several sets of cylinders to perfect it.
  9. look into a noss head and bump the compression, but your biggest gain is going to be some porting like Dajogejr said. with your porting and pipes get some carbs and an intake to match and you ill have a completely differant bike. keep in mind you might have enough power to beat him right now if your on a stock suspension. look into some new shocks and some wider a arms
  10. not too many trail ports have the boost ports in them...just glancing at those i'd say its probly a drag port or an aggressive dune port. but until you know that port timings you cant say for sure... on another note those look nice. good job polishing them up! did you use a dremel to get into the tight spots?
  11. dont bore your motor out to beat a 450, there is plenty of other mods you can do to gain power. the life your takingaay from the motor versus the minumal power isnt worth it. list all of your mods so we got an idea what to do... oh and change your name you wanna be!
  12. yea get some masking tape and wrap around the packing. you ant it nice and tight. dont cover the whole thing. when you take out the old packing you should see how they did it.

  16. i think his lid is off. 240 sound really small if the lid is off. you shoud be closer to 300. assuming your near sea lvl that is. did you change anything with the electronic when you rebuilt it?
  17. i can tuck it under the carpet, but there is the hallways between the town rooms that is tile so it caqnt be hidden
  18. you weld the pin at the bottom of the crank to the web so it will not come apart and trash your motor. any time you bump power its a very good idea to have it welded. its a good idea even on bone stock motors just becasue they are still prone to coming apart.
  19. yea but i live in military housing so i cant do any of that. i would have to drag a cable across the house when i wanted to plug it in cause my modem is in a differant room. either way i have a powerful computer so the game looks awsome on there it just inst on my big screen. i was fuking bitches up the other day when i was playing. i was using the G-3 and a gernade launcher. man i was pwning with the launcher! i dont remember setting up a account. if you reload your hd do you lose your char? or does it save with the key thats registered with the cd? or am i just retarded and my short term memory lose is kicking my ass right now?

  21. look at a PWK 35 carb, for heat get a billet impeller and run either distilled water and water wetter or engin ice.
