Ok guys, here it is. I sent my plastics to Mike to get painted. Well with my plastics I sent the upper control to my spindle to have the paint color matched. After talking with Mike several times about how the paint was coming along, I got picts and he told me of a few mishaps that he had to correct. All sounded good. A few days after posting about my plastics in the appearance section, I get a message out of the blue from the guy who is actually doing the painting. He lets me know that Mike did one coat and handed it off to have them painted. So What I was telling Mike that I wanted done was being filtered, and come to find out not passed along by any means. So now I have been dealing striaght to the guy painting. Well Mike still has my upper control. I have been calling leaving messages and pms for the last 2 weeks. He has been online since but has not responded. I have gotten the word that my upper control has more then likly been lost. Shitty thing is you cant buy just the upper cntrol. you have to buy a whole new spindle. that means i also have to pay to re pc the spindle. not too happy Mike its time to fix it bro! You need to contact me back so I can get my part.

if u really want the vin to show you can sand the paint off and hit it with some clear to cover the bare metal. any reason you need the vin? you can register a bike as long as you have the title, dosent matter if u can see the physical vin on the bike. just becareful not to sand the vin off. they are printed on the frame not stamped(at least mine is)

i went to lowes, got 4 feet of the clear hi pressure hose that has the white nylon in it. got some rid cloth dye and dyed it to match my frame.

they served thier purpose. for the money you cant beat them. i ended up selling mine to dinner. im not going to use them this go around.

this does not mean that lower octane makes more power. its just simple rules of physics and combustion. but you can not make a blanket statment that lower octanes make more power because that is not the case.

Modquad, Boss, White Knuckle Racing and other billet intakes will clear the arm. also like said you can have the bolt welded and bend the arm down a little.

id say deck it 20 ... 30 at most, and make sure you do a compression test when u get it back

if you can turn them in far enough you dont need to tighten them. they will pull against your bottom half and seal fine. i just couldnt turn the new studs so had to use the nuts. RTV is just a sealant. you can get it at any auto parts store. or sears for a few bucks

iv never had issues with mine, but a billet impeller and running an actual coolant vice antifreeze goes along ways. no need for a oversized rad. the stock cools fine.
