  4. Is it ported? What cylinders What brand / size carb's ( same ones as before rebuild?) Did your pipes sit where there could be a nest in one? Since it runs, choke tube must be on & slides in correct carb. What about correct bowl on correct side?

  12. Not a ford guy but... it depends on how thick & hard the bushing is. If its thin, it will start to wear into housing; eventually. If its hard it will continue to wear on the shaft, until just a new bushing wont make it tight.   15. ^^ you can pull it aprt w/o Disturbing the top end . just strap the crank to the top case somewhere, and remove bottom half of case, while upside down... After you drive it around, like that 1st. to see if there's anything else you need to do while you're Tearing it down. pending Getting ahold of OG owner for possibilities of why, no strange noises during take off, & putting around...
  16. So you bought it ( without riding it?) Put in a new top end, & now, with your new top end job done, it shifts backwards?

  18. Main is: higher the # = bigger hole= richer afr ... and 300 &27.5's a good start, might want to go higher than 300 & lean out if needed= safer & there's more to it than wot & look ...search plug chop
  19. Bogging or just flat power up top, breaking up ? Filters clean? Fuel vent clear?
