  1. Well there not to lube the ground...are they? Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  2. What will da manwell say bout dat ...cAlEb ?!?
  3. What did you use & how did you use it?
  4. What makes you think that?
  5. Never used it... depends on source Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  6. Squirt some fuel to it & see if it tries, to see if its elec. Or fuel related. Do compression Check. Go back to b8's
  7. Youre not getting fuel to the cylinder then. see if your bowls are filling if so your jets are plugged, if not your float needle/ seat ( fuel inlet isnt ) is plugged / inop. Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  8. Can't, best way is to swap with a known good one.
  9. *Run If you spray it & it tries, then its firing just not running.
  10. TORS grounds all ignition, its either firing or not, so its not TORS. Theres no setting on idle, just idle it up & try. If it wont stay running with throttle, its not that either. You have a carb blockage, crossover tube off or slides in backwards. You start it w/ spray or keep it running with it too?
  11. Fuel cap vent? Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  12. Reliably ride it around with ahunnit HP... duh Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  13. Yes Alot of Aftermarket banshee parts are junk. iirc the flywheels grenade. Look at stator good, it might be aftermarket too. If so there junk too fyi Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  14. Try putting it in gear w/ brake on. Can't remember if the flywheel has holes for a spanner wrench. that would be easy to make also if you have the tools/material Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  15. You'll have to use a chain/ strap wrench, big pair of channel locks or Pipe wrench, I would say. If it was threaded & a little tight you could get away with a strap/ filter wrench but... since there's no threads on there, it's probably a knock off and a junk aftermarket flywheel anyway so. Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  16. Are they stripped or ? If there isnt any threads, try Lubing it alot & try making threads with the puller. might have to impact it back & forth & it might ruin the puller but... other than welding it, you might be screwed. I'd turn it on its side & keep lubing key gap, if it was rusty & let it soak good also. If puller holds, smack jacking bolt & around the center hole to help shock it & loosen it before & as you turn it. Sent from my SM-A505U using Tapatalk
  17. Reset to spec, or business card? ...No
  18. Could be cdi, If you don't have a spare, i'd set pick up to proper spec. & test stator, coil, wiring. Since you said before adding fuel/spray didnt help You turn fuel off last ride?
  19. @hoppedupandcutdown that new jalopy of your got TORS... pic's?
  20. Pick up trigger ,to o.d. of flywheel gap. Dont recall on TORS. ( you can fine tune that later) just turn knob to raise them. it can idle high just to get it running, then adj. From there. Doubt that has anything to do with problem if, i assume, you were throttling it to try & keep it running?
  21. 2 problems correct? Rt dead&The left one's, the one firing right? You might have to pull your pipe and drain it. If you do make sure pistons correct? Try draining the carbs ( make note of amount side to side), leave fuel off & just turn it on for a few seconds , to put some fuel in bowls & try that for the left. If you can keep it running, i'd try & squirt fuel in rt/dead side. Pickup clearance is good?
  22. Sounds like a fuel issue if it starts better with ether. Stand it up on end and see if the pipes full of fuel . If you swaped all the electrical side to side it's not that. you said you honed the cylinders. are they within spec to the piston? Oem or knock off cylinders?
  23. Squirt fuel in dead side, see if it wakes up, rats nest in pipe
