  1. Moneybags did you take the flywheel off to change your timing? It sounds like iether the key broke or when you slide the flywheel on the key sliped out and when you put it into gear the flywheel moved on the crank.Something to check!
  2. There are some places to ride on the outskirts of Reno and Minden and a few MX tracks but it is usually dry and dusty trail riding. If you wanted to go to sand mountian then yes bring your 'shee and paddles.I personally do not ride any of my 'shees in the desert around here.Thats what my daughters rappy is for.Look me up if you want to head out to the mountain when your here.If posible I'll head out there with you.I'm sure we have a trip planed in March at some point just not sure when yet.
  3. He's giving refunds back too.LOL
  4. Know wonder you went to a 10 mil :yelrotflmao: J/k
  5. Thats what the Roostin' Room is for. I'm staying on the porch!
  6. NOTE to all from PS:Now is the time to start fresh and have a open mind about HQ,Not sighn up over here and automaticly start bashing us because we don't have the great nolige of all the draggers. Now is the time to help with all your nolige.Don't look down on us,School us.With out the attitude.
  7. I see a pattern starting already. ::
  8. They took off the general topic too. Can't see anything anymore except the classified and sand drag thread.
  9. I know with mine I go from 4 main sizes bigger in the morning to the afternoon temp changes. For me it was a easy choice to run them.Like I said earlier 20 min to install them is well worth it.
  10. Jared, I totally agree with that.Time will only tell!
  11. I bet if there are enough people that would like to see that kind of a thread here that Lee would make a thread column just for the bigger HP engines and all the technoligy that goes with it.If what everyone is saying happens with PS then all of the people from there may come over here and want to have that kind of thread.
  12. :yelrotflmao: That part makes me laugh every time my stomach hurts!
  13. Vito's has them for half that price. And yes it is worth the 20 min to install them and not have to change jets.
  14. Oh great now I'll never be able to post!!J/K LOL
  15. Yeah remind her that it's 5-9 degrees in the morning here right now. That should make her not want to go yet.LOL
  16. Well I'm not paying for it.The only reason I was on there was for the Sand mountain NV thread to keep up on who's running what so I new what was running out there. It's to bad that he feels that he needs to charge that much for his time.
  17. ARE you here yet????
  18. No matter what clutch you use it is only as good as the clamping force keeping it from slipping. The springs that you will need to use will be so stiff that you will hate it.Hense a lock up and you can use stock springs and it wont slip.
  19. Matt,Wait untill you get it out to the mountain and hit the throttle  I'm sad to hear you're getting rid of the fenders up front but your choice  Now is the time to go over all the nuts and bolts and "blue"loctite them if you have not allready. All the questions that you had for me where not stupid and I'm glad you asked them.I was happy to awnser them.
  20. You don't have anywhere close to needing that much swinger a +4 maybe and use your curent paddles and gear the thing corectly. It will be way quicker.
  21. Yeah that would be a good area.I run a 9200 on my cub but you wont need that much.Just make sure you get sprockets at the same time as the chain.
  22. I ran into this problem once before. It turned out that the tensile strengh of the chain was to low for my power output.I went to a higher tensile strengh and never did it again.
  23. If you plan on running the stock rear tires on it you wont have to worry about getting yanked off the thing in dirt. The thing will spin every time you blip the throttle no matter what gear your in.Don't be affraid of it getting hurt ridding it.The only thing that will hurt it is if you get on it and hold it wide open with it being all new up top.
  24. I'm runnin 172 mains with dial a jets out one turn. EDIT:4500 ft
