  1. LOL,Not going to recommend a boost bottle,Besides it would be a bitch to get one to mount to the cr 250 style intakes.
  2. If he was just racin it then yeah it would be a +6 and more paddles,Probably 12-14 with 72 + inches of roll out.It was setup as a dunner/hillshooter not racer/dunner.
  3. AH bouncin boobies,What was I sayin,Oh yeah, Thats my point. That engine is putting about 90 hp to the ground and with a 10 paddle it will bite to much and with only a +4 swinger he's going to end up on his back side when he's dunning up the mountain.I would actually ride that thing with v-paddles instead of the haulers when I wanted to go dune riding just so I didn't have to worry about wheelien to bad climbing the faces of the hills.
  4. Matt,When I was runnng that 'shee with 22-11-10 8 paddle haulers I had no problem with not hooking up and starting in second gear.I know that you being heavier then me will add traction too.I honestly think that you will not like the 10 paddles because when your out duning and climbing a hill at the mountain it's going to wheelie to much for you with the 10's and a +4 swinger.Believe me you'll be able to wheelie at will with 8 paddles.
  5. Sorry man I thought I would offer anyways. And yes you will have compression with a leaking base gasket.
  6. Happy B-Day.26!!!!! LUCKY!!!!
  7. If you can get it to me I'll do the leak down and check squish for you.I see you have 19cc domes in it.What is the degree of the angle in the domes?
  8. Nice 'shee.Pm me with what you want for the nerfs.
  9. I got a 48 pilot and 185 main and a 190 main.I don't have a 188 main.Let me know.
  10. Good post Dave.Maybe he has changed but he's still YELLING!
  11. Jared this is what I come up with on the pilot differances.te smaller one is for VB,VD Honda series carbs and 600, 1000 hurricane.I'm asuming they are shorter for the carb body design and not to mention they are for four stroke applications.
  12. Let me know when.
  13. The tops of the pistons look like it was detinating pretty bad.
  14. I never haveany problems with mine.Just pull them off once in a while and polish them up again.
  15. There really isn't much you can do about this. When you crash the fuel in the carb bowl has to go some where either the overflow hoses and the intake track of the cylinder. That is a old trick to starting those bikes up when they have sat for awhile and are cold.Lay it over to one side and the carb will drain into the intake track and fire right up.
  16. The pilot is resesed in a hole next to the main jet and the needle is in the slide.Remove the throtle cable stay and cable and the needle will slide out. I believe that the 01's had mukini carbs as to were yours has a keihin carb hense the differance in the main jet size.
  17. Those are not stock size if they are trully 28's.stock is 26mm.I believe they are keihin knock offs.If they use the same internals as the kiehins then that would be cool. You will notice better throtle response. If you can get them cheap enough go for it.You only got 1 1/2 hours left.
  18. Yeah a 430 is richer.I would say a 320 main for it.Do plug chops on it as well. How does it run on the pilot and the needle?
  19. Looks good.Keep the fenders!!!!!
  20. Thanks. It was a pleasure to do business with you as well.
  21. It's usually not that busy on NON-holiday weekends,But sometimes there are more people there then expected. You can usually find a few jumps on the lower front side and on the back side ranging from 20 ft to 190 feet on the back. All depends on if you got the sack to go from one hill to the next hill Here is a pic looking at some of the mountain. And one of the hills we race on.
  22. It's .net NOT .com
  23. Someone was probably cryin.
