cheapo paintball gun always worked for me, had trouble with neighbors cocker spanials coming in the yard chasing my cats and crapping all over and getting into the trash bins. after numerous complains to the cops w/ evidence proving what dogs they were, it would be cool for a week or so and they'd come back. started sending them home neon pink & green. the nightly visits stopped real F'in quick. non-lethal, but hurts like hell and the owners got tired of having to wash the dogs every night.

get pix and make a copy of EVERYTHING( auction, paypal recipt, shipping label, any emails, the whole 9 yards) before you send it. that way they can't pull a switch on you and say you never sent it back/they never got it or that you sent them your old one/broken one. that way if they do, you got got all kinds of evidence to show to paypal, BBB, lawyer or whatever that they they are comiting fraud. believe me its easy insurance, I've seen it done and it worked.

if it isn't leaking or overheating. don't worry about it.

only one way to find out. pull them 3 little screws out of the back and pop the the core out. theres not a whole lot there to really mess with inside of it. could just be a small stone or a glob of dried junk in the canister around the core. stupid mice or chipmunks could have stashed something in there too if it sat for a while at one point. the little bastages got me once, left my old stock expansion pipes in the corner of the garage over the fall and winter and they packed them both w/ like 10lbs of acorns and seeds.

I thought the 3rd one sucked myself. Sony got another company(Climax) to do the 3rd one instead of Rainbow studios( the did 1&2). Rainbow was doing MX vs ATV Unleashed at the time. I'd get the first 2 ATV Furys and MX vs. ATV Unleashed. I've got the whole lot myself and those are the ones I liked the most.

yeah, and they said great things about the roost boost 18 years ago. that turned out real well didn't it, after all the people that bought it and found out that they had to screw w/ their timing to get it to work right cause of the spark delay as the charge built up. If you already have the Nology coil w/ the Hot Wires, just run non resistor plugs so you get the full potential out of them and you should be golden. And pitch the silverstone plugs if they came w/ the coil and wires, all of mine cracked after an hour use.

squirt some Dri-Slide in it too. it's a graphite based lube that dries and leaves a graphite like film on the inside of the slide bore. used it for years and no problems yet.

check the other side too. that one might be on it's way out too. I got a full set floating around from the blue bomber yet and I still got the ones on the '06(would finally give me and excuse to put the FMF's on). let me know and I'll let you have a pair pretty cheap(just might need a re-packing).

in my experience they are just slow. ordered a bunch of stuff for my R a while back from them and took almost 2 weeks to get the order.

Sacrilege I tell you. if your gonna put a honda motor in it at least use a good like an R or a MASSIVE 4-poke.

w/ FMF pipes you should have a #30 pilot. that's as per their recommendations.

Call Hot Rods and give them the #s off the rods and crank and they can tell you what they actually fit, weither it's stock stroke( which is what it sounds like) or a stroker.

sad to say, doubtful. may be a nice bike but Kawi was never known for Hi-perf. sport quads and the last one they did have was the Tecate and that has looong since gone the way of the Dodo. But hey ya never know.

check Rocky mountain. they carry a spring and O-ring kit from FMF for their pipes and they sell a exhaust seal tape that wraps around the exhaust flange on the motor then you slip the pipe over it that is supposed to seal real good. Chamber seal tape FMF Pipe Spring & O-Ring Kit
