  2. thats pretty normal.just keep a eye on the trans oil and get a new one over the winter to fix it.will be fine till then
  3. as for installing the dunable override its the same as putting a stock tranny in but you have springs that go in between the shifter forks.go for it i love mine and do the neutral down its only like 15$ more and its nice to have and for the alky also its great i will never go back to c12. great power gain

  7. if you clamp the center hub in the lathe, use a center on the other side(where it slides on the crank) and then checkthe center hub with a dail indicator to check if it is centered it will be fine i have did 6 banshee flywheels that way and all turned out fine.
  8. i did mine myself, its not to bad to do it if you have access or know somebody that has a lathe.if you are interested in try it i will be more then happy to give you the measurement to take off and what to take off.let me know

  11. every ten thousands over is .25mm so 64.50 would be twenty thousand over you can go hundred over before you need to resleeve.66.50 would be the last bore

  14. i got a good deal on a set of lectrons from a guy i knew and ended up selling them on planetsand.guess i should of kept them and sold my pj's
  15. put a F.A.S.T clutch in from jeff with heavy springs will do you just fine. been running mine for one whole season know with no problems.just make sure you have it adjusted right

  17. if you are putting those carbs on a stock motor it will not have any bottom end you are better off with the stock carbs
  18. is your head stock or milled any? if so you might want to alittle higher octane if its just stock you should be fine on the 94 jetting will stay the same i'd say,is there a reason you got those reed spacers? you usually only run those so your carbs clear if the are larger then stock

  20. i run a stock ignition now with a lightened flywheel.my motor is running really well but was wondering how much i would gain by going to a pvl and is it worth getting?

  24. i'd say ask kevin, but i wouldn't tear it down to just send them to him to have it done.wait to you put a set of fresh rings in and then have it done maybe by then you will want to go strocker
