The TORS will be pk as it sits now it will still run fine.... all that's been done is the previous owner bypassed the TORS system without buying the TORS eliminator kit..

I took a screw driver and placed the handle against the cylinder and used a hammer to hit the handle to knock the cylinder loose.. The cylinder and head will seem to be stuck because of the torque on the bolts....

When I was looking for some CPI pipes they wanted almost $800 when Jeff and others were selling them for $500-$600. I think they were $400 more than CPI themselves....Don't think I'll ever buy anything from them. I can't talk bad about trinity....When I ordered my gaskets and pistons for my Cheetah I had them the next day..

i too asked Kaotik1 a lot of questions and he answered all questions...I would have no second thoughts about buying from or selling him something.

Kaotik1 one sold me some hubs and a set of tie rods for my shee......had him PC them in the vein red......HOLY SHIT they are awesome. I've seen a lot of PC'd items and these are no shit some of the best quality PC'd items I have ever seen. The colors were a little darker than in thre pictures he posted and what I expected them to be but they were EXACTLY the color I was looking for...I have a seat cover color sample that matches the hubs and tie rods damn near perfectly. Kaotik1, if it's ok with you and your buddy since it's his shop, I think I will be using you as my powdercoater. Who ever chooses to send something to him to get PC'd...You won't be disappointed.

I saw in a ATV magazine an add for a company that ships ATV's and dirtbikes for a fairly good pirce....Sid that that had been in business for like 15 years or so...and it was cheaper than $900

That is a good point. The cub uses stock type banshee reeds where as the P.V. uses CR250/TRX250 reeds and reeds valve.

Now that we figured out the difference between the 2...... Which is faster??? I'm starting to think that the PV motor is faster.

Yeah i would definately go take a look at it. i don't think a stator would be more that $300...depending on where you buy it..... Where's this located ...I've got 2 already and don't have room for another in the garage. Have to get the 01' 660 running.

The cubs and PV's have the same bore. The cubs don't have the Powervalve. I think Trinityracing has the powervalves for sale, not sure though,,

if I read that right you said the shee is for sale for $1000 and needs a stator to run?? I'd jump all over that. I stator isn't that expensive. and the money you would spend on a running shee you could get a hold crap load of mods,,,if it doesn't already have any.

This is something I have been wondering now that I have my P.V. motor out together... In an all out race with and the riders were same height, weight, etc....and the conditions were identical...which engine would be the faster of the 2? Why does it seem that cubs are favored more than powervavles...price?? maintanence reasons?? etc.. I'm bored at work and thought I would ask.

Is that compression reading a warm or cold engine reading

Don't you just hate it when it's something so simple and feel stupid after finding the problem and knowing you thought about it and just knew that wouldn't be it and it actually was it.......If elt tlike that few times working the bugs out of my shee.. AWESOME JOB ON WORKING IT OUT :beer:

Cascadeinnovations.net has some fender supports..They go under your fenders and hold them up..They bolt to the grab bar area....
