  1. Mmm kozy shack........
  2. Maxima castor 927 if it's warmer, but for ice season I run the Amsoil Dominator to ecause the castor stuff of any brand will separate at freezing temps.
  3. If you can get a good tune up on the Q16 it is phenomenal stuff. Still gas, but runs like alky. The only con for most is that it needs to be drained and purged so that it doesn't turn to alien afterbirth like sludge in the carbs. The other con for pretty much me and a select few others, getting it to light on a 0 degree day out at the lake. Good luck! I even had to kick a little more with the 14 but it was worth it. I think I'm going to continue running it.
  4. Yeah, huge difference in the fuels if you are willing to push the limits of each fuel. For instance. If I even dared to run the amount of timing down the straits of the half mile oval that I did on the C14 with the C12, it would be a detonation disaster. I also noticed that the bike does consume way more of it, so additional jetting is a must. I was checking plugs every two or three laps to finally dial it in. Also, the Q series stuff does run a bit cooler.
  5. They are more sensitive to weather changes. Especially humidity. You will be playing with the airscrew quite a bit. Also the idle/choke share the same circuit. Not a fan. They can definitely be dialed in but not as easily as PWK's. I can do my PJ's pretty fast, but more work then I like to do and more fiddling then a PWK
  6. Hmm, would be a sweet way to hop up the ol moped!
  7. I absolutely love the short swingers on the bigger motors. If it ain't a drag bike or hill climber I'd leave it stock length or if you hit trails or MX type of riding, go -2. Also saves the tires since they won't be spinning.
  8. Calvin's site has been down for a couple days OKbeast. I dig the idea of a 4 mm DM, but he mentioned wanting a stealthy appearance. That's why I said 10mm Wampus. I would steer clear of the Super series of the wampus cylinders though because I don't think there is enough material there to open the transfers up enough to properly feed it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong
  9. I'm so bad ass! I don't know how to read..... Just bustin your balls Colby
  10. Get us the specs on the jetting in the carbs pilot, needle and clip position, and main. Take a photo of the spark plug as well. As far as intake goes. You would do just fine with the stock air box and some form of 2/1 filter from NOSS Machine or Pro Design. Don't bother with the lid though. Also, don't ever ditch your VF2 reeds for 3's or 4's. Those are known to be the top performing reed for these banshees. Although claims of 4's being better are starting to be validated Nothing wrong with those FMF's till you start getting really serious about performance. I ran some on my old 400cc stock stroke big bore. Fun motor.
  11. There is some benefits to running them. Some guys use them to indicate clutch/wheel slip. Check out the lock up thread
  12. Try pm'ing slowerthanyou. I know there were some links to wiring diagrams in the clutch tuning thread out of the drag section
  13. Hmm. Right on Jared. I always thought it was the Peak HP on sleds. Got my hamster running the wheel now.
  14. Thanks man. Love that you are willing to post so much and it's not always some nonsense.
  15. That would be the 6 pack rack he was referring to. As far as the handle bar mount, it's kind of a cool concept, just think I'd rather run an actual tank down low that will hold way more extra fuel then just a half gallon. Although that small tank would get you back to camp, I just don't like the thought of sloshy weight up high.
  16. 10mm whampus. Stealthy, I'd be willing to bet MOST people wouldn't catch the fact that it's a undercover Cub
  17. Definitely on the right track with E series needles. My buddy(domestic Beotch) is messing with Alky needles in his.
  18. I would definitely steer clear of the intake extensions unless you need them to get the filters to clear pipes or something. They to add a hesitation.
  19. Doesn't Kozy Shack specialize in rice puddin'?
  20. Hmmm, how bout that....
  21. One other guy there has videos of me passing the two wheel heroes from the outside.
  22. My buddy just sent me the only video of me last week before his phone died. It's just a warm up though. Lots of video coming Sunday. http://i1212.photobucket.com/albums/cc441/trickedcarbine/6F4A2B5D-6107-4935-9BD8-2F26153DD102-9581-00000F4E6CA57CC0.mp4
  23. It is a possibility DAJ. Mostly on White Lake or Pleasant Lake. There is an AMA race at White Lake Inn on Febuary 24, but it is a non points race. I'm not gonna try to race the points series this year though because money is to tight and everything is way up north because of the way last year went. I will catch a few though and try to do the bigger events though. If I come out there I'll let ya know. The race at the INN should be huge though, so maybe come check it out.
  24. PWK! I own PJ's But as soon as money is there I'm gettin PWK's. I can tune all my buddy's bikes in half the effort of my own
  25. Yep, total package
