  1. Could even do the warrior light rack accross the hood
  2. Alrighty, any one in Michigan got a 4mm DM I can rip?
  3. Ok so up till the last few recent years guys would buy a Cub cylinder with say a 7mm stroker lay out and then deck them down to work with a 4mm crank effectively trading some top for an impressive low end. Basically which is now the serval style cylinder. My question is does the same theory apply to the bigger CP Industries cylinders like the DM? Can I buy a taller cylinder and take it down and get some low end out of it. I had ZERO interest in a 10 mm serval before people go posting that it is my better option. I have had builders question whether or not a 10mm crank would survive the sustained RPM's of my type of riding so it's just out of the question. I'd like to do something custom with a DM if possible and I don't really care how cost effective it may or not be. I want the maximum amount of displacement for a 4mm with out it being Drag only type of power. Is this possible with the DM or only in the regular cub series of cylinders?
  4. Serval for sale. All parts bought and paid for. Josh will drop ship it to you from wildcard. 2,000. His loss your gain
  5. Jeezus!
  6. Check your compression before running any fuel. Just because you have race fuel in it doesn't mean it runs better. If you only have say 150 psi and you run run race fuel you are not actually burning it and leaving power on the table.
  7. Paint pen on the knob solves all that
  8. That's what I did to run out the C12 fuel I had but my last jug I just gave it the dominator. I always thought it should be fine, just to big of a pussy to keep testing my luck.
  9. Should be $35 each
  10. Make sure to install the seal with grease both on the inner and outer mating surfaces. This helps both sealing and Instaling with out having to shove and force the seal in abusively
  11. X2 on the pancake bearing. Get it adjusted properly and it should be ok.
  12. Order your bearings from TDR. You an have two maxloads for less then just replacing the OEM junk
  13. I couldn't just say go to the 19 cc domes with out knowing what the motor is cranking. You wouldn't wanna be over 150 psi to run pump fuel and a little timing. So right now do a compression test in both cyls and see where you are at. You can typically get about 10 psi for each cc of dome you remove.
  14. Once you get in to it you will start finding lots of things to replace. Hope you got cash to spend. It adds up fast to do it right.
  15. Big Red used to have a signature pic of his old dune bike that appeared to have a mini Moon Eyes tank mounted. Really neat idea
  16. Rule of thumb. You will get about 10 PSI for every CC of dome. So if you know what you already have, do the math from that number. You have 125 psi, so to get roughly 25 psi more you will have to go about 2 1/2 CC smaller on dome. But since you are looking to still be pump fuel safe, just shoot for 2 CC's. If I were you I would steer clear of the Shelf domes from Pro Design. They are ok for the bolt on only bikes, but they leave a lot to be desired as far as performance goes. Call Daveid at NOSS Machine and get your self some real spec domes
  17. BTW larry, there is supposed to be a race at the White Lake Inn this year on Febuary 24th
  18. My sled misses that intake!
  19. Just had to be all different, huh Matt? The Bel Ray synthetics are great stuff though. I used it in my old KX 125
  20. Definitely not trinity. I'd say it's safe to say ADA. But I'm seeing the sealer all over it makes me leary of using it
  21. It is one thing to bash on someone who expects something for nothing and can't even do a search. This guy is doing the wrenching and asking for an understanding of the knowledge he is being given or finding. Big difference
  22. Ha, that's awesome! At least she got ya to the truck
  23. If the crank is new in the box and you trust it, have it welded locally. But if it were me I'd let a pro sort it out and weld it. No need for balancing these little cranks but there are some shops that do offer the service. It is usually for the larger stroke cranks. I also think some of the guys in the RZ crowd are balancing their cranks to. But for a typical dune/drag/trail bike it's not nesaccary.
