  1. Do a full tear down and inspect the bottom end components. I'd imagine there is something stray dancing around from the bottom end, or parts were not completely cleaned up on assembly. Very cool build. Hope you can get it sorted out.
  2. Definitely do not do that. The YFZ stuff has horrible ball joint geometry as it is when mounted to the banshee pivot points. Now add even more travel to that and I see a snapped or failed ball joint in your future.
  3. Helluva stable!
  4. Even emailed that info he asked for, and asked what is different with the new design. Zero response. That was a great time.
  5. Does anyone remember when Ricky Stator tried to get one of their employees to come on here to figure out why banshee owners are no longer purchasing their product? Oh my what a warm welcoming feeling.
  6. You have the cable and software to program?
  7. What lights are you planning on running? If it's LED, you don't need that 200 watt nonsense.
  8. http://www.walshrc.com/set-up/ This is my normal protocol. Bummed we ran out of daylight or we could of kept after it.
  9. Perhaps we don't all share your same bank roll?
  10. This happens every time JT starts cutting weight and hitting the Romaine to hard. It'll all be over once he goes back to Bacon n' Chocolate doughnuts.
  11. Dave is a great fella to do business with.
  12. Keep your eyes peeled for a Dyno Port as well.
  13. Some fellas do things different. Matt was great with shocks. However that fella Andy Maul at Maultech created linkage that made decent improvements in 60' times and cornering. I don't know the science of all that shit, but if Andy was still alive, I'm sure he'd break it down.
  14. Just give it a little timing at a time and make sure it's got fresh fuel.
  15. Hmm, my buddy just asked me about a 358 cub when he burned his stocker down. I'm shooting him a link to this. I'll expect to be on the Christmas card list if it goes through.
  16. Pull the head and figure out the domes. Also is the exhaust port opened up? But if its stock cyl , 4mm making 165 psi and the exhaust is ported, you may need to be running highER octane.
  17. If you're doing a No link, it's best to set it up with a new upper perch that allows the shock to be more vertical. If you decide to do a laid down shock from the swing arm to the factory upper shock mount, it will take a quality shock or Marvin that is set up with that in mind. Typically when people use a lay down set up, the ass of the bike will lurch up and the nose will dive. So it takes valving to correct that behavior.
