Same boat here Corey. Just did cdi swap, checked the woodruff key, checked the pick up, new plug boots, ground(s) are good, carbs are mint, good fuel, new plugs, ohmed the stator, and leak down. It seems to spark fine on both sides but just won't fire. I am hopefully going to swap the coil tonight and re do the grounds again. If it doesn't fire, I'm just doing a new stator, pick up, coil, cdi.

Find another OEM crank to have it trued and welded with fresh bearings on it. No point in putting it back together with slop
