  1. Skeet wins! Dude got so mad he had to make another post to try to prove a point. Gonzo, let's be real. Most of what you say is garbage, Some of what you are trying to say has relavence. But when you say it you type in 4th grade jargon with incomplete thoughts so it comes out wrong and doesn't make sense so I'd almost prefer YOU be the one to quit posting. Skeeter Wins!
  2. Arlen is a fucking beast! His stuff moves pretty nice. On the other hand Jeff at Fast is pretty great to. If it were me I'd probably leave it up to who ever you're more comfortable talking with and who can get you back riding quicker. I've dealt with both and never had a problem with either.
  3. Their head is actually pretty stout. Really keeps the high strung motors sealed up. Just don't use their shelf domes. Buy blanks and gave someone else cut it.
  4. That's a bitchin set up
  5. You are on the right track with what your plan is. The serval is pretty much the SUV of the cylinder choices. Your expectations seem to be realistic. I would definitely give a few builders a call and see who you jive with. Then order the set up from them as a package. At least have it cleaned up, and domes set up.
  6. I have a life proof case on my Iphone and I mounted one of their clip on belt holsters to my handle bars with two zip ties. My phone just clips in for GPS on the trails and Siri works through the head set. Pretty good way to communicate while riding to. Last season I used it for a lap timer app and a speedo app. Of couse it's not as accurate as a Lowrance, but it's Not shabby. Helped really dial shit in. I'll find pix.

  8. Not with the super cub bolt pattern.
  9. 392 is probably the most common stock stroke cub. The bonus is lots of builders have the time on them and all the combos/sorting out have been pretty much covered and posted here. Although that stock stroke super cub sounds kinda fun.....
  10. Bore scopes or even the construction cams at Home Depot or lowes will get ya in there. The Milwaukee one goes in nice.
  11. ^ that. To clarify. I wouldn't say it'll melt them immediately when you spray it on, but when you see that stuff frost certain materials, ask your self what that is doing to the resin over the carbon fiber weave?
  12. Do Not Spray those reeds with brake cleaner! It will start the break down of the outer layer that holds the carbon weave together.
  13. Not Weisco ! HotRods splitting from Weisco is the best move they made. Weisco makes good pistons though. They should just stick with that.
  14. I like to mud my pro street quater mile car from time to time to.
  15. Try looking through the for sale section. You are likely to find a motor that is just stock and may have life left all the way to a big stroked and aftermarket mono jug that will make more power then you could want. Sky is the limit to these bikes. Or I guess I should say your wallet is the limit. If you can't find anything a want ad in the right place will get you the traffic you need to find one.
  16. Shoot, I read that wrong. I thought you were asking about the pivot bolt. In that case I think if you dig enough there migh even be a few threads with part numbers you might be able to reference. If it doesn't pan out, there are several folks selling good bearing stuff at good prices.
  17. Linkage?
  18. ^ simple fix to many machines I've tinkered with that had firing issues.
  19. I am getting a motor set up for a buddy by a builder and he is doing some unique work in the cases. I'm not just talking about some gasket matching either. I'm sure only a few fellas here have an idea of what else can be done in there and have seen/done it. Just wondering if the additional work down there is worth the extra cost before having him take it farther. It's definitely got the transfer volume in there and the cylinders to take advantage.
  20. I'm doubting you will find a bolt at the farm store that will adequately replace the OEM. It's possible, but make sure you're not just putting any ol' junker in ther just because it fits.
  21. Driveline or FAST with a good lock up and don't forget tranny mods.
  22. 1211, the Toyota seal packing from TDR, or import grey.
  23. That is true. That's why we had to go through the whole thing. Eventually it was squared away. Just not something I would do again for anyone unless it was a drag set up.
