It says 50 Pilot in the post, thats why i thought it was too big Try adjusting your air screw and seeing if that changes anything, and put in a smaller main , and do plug chops

Id say your Pilot is too big, its loading up in low RPM's then takes a bit to burn all the extra mixture

Yea a lot of guys say they have their timing at +4 and it runs good

Mine will has done that twice now, the right side will fire when i start it but the left wont, but i easily fix it. The next time it does that pull out the choke and it should start pinging like it should. Mine acts like the plug is fouled or its not even sparking, once i pull the choke out, it starts right up, then i give it gas and taping the throttle and she runs fine, see if this helps at all

Would it be alright to use a Heavy Duty Machinery paint, then hit it with a few layers of clear coat, i think the machinery would hold up pretty good
