  1. Now that's funny...I was gonna write you the same thing, JT.... The guy sounds kinda shady...it's a whole long story. He's sending me a check today. If it doesn't clear...or there's a problem...they'll be back up for sale. I'm a little concerned over the deal... If this guy falls through, I'll give you a deal on them...
  2. I would be leary of running a fuel pump to a carb not setup to run them, could very easily overflow the larger needle and seat ...or over power them, and do some flooding.... Your thoughts? (Not like that's a problem for me...but, just saying...) I'd use methanol as the fuel enrichment...
  3. If you get an aggressive port job from HerrJuggs, you'll want 9 or 10 paddle, 4 over arm...and 8 inch rim for those tires....
  4. The fuel pump I saw was a Mikuni 3 outlet. If I had to guess... One inlet for fuel, one inlet for pulse/vacuum...one outlet for each carb and one outlet for the fuel enrichment. I'd be talking to them before I bought mine. I already run a fuel pump, so I'd run an aluminum tank, add an extra fuel valve on the other side, and run a different fuel pump ONLY for the NOS Enrichment...probably a second pump like I have now. I'm positive the fitted barb I have in my cylinders supplies enough vacuum for both pumps...so, it should be as easy as an extra fuel valve in the tank, run the push button to the bars, mount the nozzles in the air filters....push and spray...LOL. I'm gonna have McFly cut me another stock head with 22cc domes to get my compression down for the spray...I think 175 to 180 is too much...my guess. I'm working on ARP head studs too.....
  5. You running gas or alky? They're worth it on gas if you're too lazy to jet richer as temps and needs change.... On alky they're an absolute must.
  6. Just rub yer crystal ball.....
  7. Sold pending payment....
  8. Thanks alot.... You just jerked us off without the finish...you can't dangle bait like that and not give in... PICS PICS PICS>...dammit!!!
  9. I doubt I'll go that big...but 30 to 40 isn't out of the question. I'd probably start with stock timing...go from there... Gotta get a few other things first so I don't lock a tranny first time I hit the shot...
  10. Matt Shearer will build you a set that will work awesome ...give him a call. http://www.shearerpipes.com/
  11. With your GPS probably about 140 MPH.... Go to a track, get the MPH....
  12. Yep...JT's been reading mine over on PS... I think we need to band together and get a group discount....
  13. That's what I thought...PM'd him on PS. I'm going to resell it as "Nitrous for Fat Boys" mark it up...and make a fortune....LOL... Time for straight cuts, billet 2nd gear and some spray baby!!!
  14. So...next question... Have you set this up on a meth bike with VForce reeds. I've read elsewhere the reeds can freeze and cause problems, I beleive people run TDR reeds... Any advice on that? And another question, I saw on the site the ATV kit does not come with a battery, rather a sled mikuni pulse fed pump. How does it tie in electrically...how does it discharge NOS, etc?? The more I read, the more I really, really like the kit. JT...30 per hole...come get you some...yeahaawww....
  15. We can all give you advice, however...no one can tell you without actual compression readings from your particular motor once you assemble it. My guess would be mix 50/50 race/premium pump....but it's just that...a guess.
  16. about 75MPH in 300ft of sand...LOL... It's really not about what we're averaging...it's more like laws of physics, gearing, hp, etc. Your bike needs to make a certain amount of power to be able to pull gearing that will allow you to go at or near 100MPH. Unless you have a 30MPH wind at your back and are traveling down a 45 degree descending grade, your motor and setup can't do it. You could always put the gearing on that are capable of doing it....BUT....your motor as is with your setup can't pull it. Realistically...it'll probably do high 70's, low 80s... If you want to find out...go to a 1/4 mile pavement drag strip, and run it. The bike will be topped out by 1/2 track no problem. That will give you roughly 1/8 mile to keep and maintain top speed PEGGED out. See what the slip says...you'll be surprised.
  17. Just wanted to be sure before I called bullshit. Bullshit. If you had a monster ported motor or a big aftermarket cylinder motor...with a lot more gearing than you're talking about...then yes...it'll do 100. Not with your setup, no how no way... Kilometers an hour....maybe, not 100MPH.
  18. What is your current list of mods on the bike, what is your tire size in diameter, and what is your current gearing....

  20. I really couldn't tell you if you'll gain performance.. I can tell you I ran more consistent...100%. I haven't tuned mine in perfect, either....
  21. Cheaper and easier to find, especially around here where snowmobilers are plentiful!!
  22. What differentiates a 5HP kit to a 50 HP kit?
  23. Yep...sure was! Same as everyone around here runs...ran 'em all year!!!
  24. How does that BOSS NOSS system activate (button or other switch?) and how does it run with Methanol??
  25. Measure the OD of the exhaust flanges on the cylinders....
