  1. I found some, but will hit you up when I need some different ones! thanks guys.
  2. it's crazy busy on Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, and Labor Day. You are usually lucky to get in without waiting in line for a voucher for a long time.
  3. what happened to the rest of the posts here? there was another page last night.
  4. I replied in your other thread. You don't need to post the same thing multiple times
  5. what a jerk off. Did you pay with Paypal? File against him!
  6. May (before Memorial Weekend) and September after Labor day are the best times to go in my opinion. Weather can be a little hit or miss, but there aren't as many people there, and the winds are still blowing to keep the sand better. During the summer its a huge rut fest. I made a page with some basics on rules and what not, and it has a link to Mi DNR page as well http://www.silverlakesandduners.com/rules.html
  7. cool movies, I liked your preview clips. I enjoy making movies like this too, but I've been hesitant to take any money for them because of copyright issues with the music. I know how much time you can spend on one of these, I actually have made similar DVD's from our St. Anthony trip for the last 2 years. Great job.
  8. looking for a set of 21cc Pro Design, Vitos, or Noss style domes. Have Paypal. Let me know.
  9. thanks for looking
  10. no kidding, that's ridiculous.
  11. 21cc PD style coolhead domes?
  12. yea those are the ones. I prefer the Rogue pattern though, they have big blocks instead of the little nubs all over.
  13. I tighten the inner part of mine with my impact. Comes right off then. I did have a 250R flywheel that was so tight, it shot off and broke a 2x4 in half that was sitting next to my bike. Just make sure nothing is in the way of it!
  14. Planetsand has the worst forum software known to mankind. I think the shit I used to dial into back in 1993 during the bbs days was better.
  15. damn Steve, thats scary, we posted the same thing at the very same time!
  16. I just put ODI's on both of my bikes. They clamp on with aluminum clamps rather than using grip glue. They DO NOT move, and are very comfortable, plus they look sweet. I will buy them from now on
  17. I just went to the link above and flagged it as spam. If a few more guys from here do it, it will be taken down.
  18. notify craigslist, and flag the ad so nobody else falls for it.
  19. I just bought it about a month ago, so I tore it down to ensure the topend was healthy. Looks like the previous owner did a recent rebuild. I've only put an hour or so on the bike since I bought it. 93 octane fuel and Amsoil. I'm guessing the lack of build up is more so due to the very little time on the motor and not the fuel/oil. I was pretty happy when I saw the pistons, it's nice to buy a bike that doesn't need a new topend immediately for once  mods currently are T5's VF3s Chariot timing plate at +5 K&N clamp ons jetting is: 320 mains Vitos needles for stock carbs, 4th clip 30 pilots air temp 28F at 900 feet elevation. I just sent the cylinders out to be ported, and I ordered a chariot cool head and a set of 19cc domes for race fuel, and 21cc's for pump gas. Should be fun when I get it back to go along with my '07 YFZ 450.
  20. no problem. It links the Michigan DNR page too I believe. You have to buy a pass for your truck and every quad, every day. If you're going to be there more than a few days, just buy a yearly pass, it works out in the end to be less money and less time getting in.
  21. stock bore (64mm) Wiseco 513 series (stock banshee crank) arrow points out the exhaust port. Here's mine I pulled a few days ago at 64.75mm http://www.silverlakesandduners.com/pics/a...80225%20004.jpg
  22. a little write up I did on Silver Lake rules. http://www.silverlakesandduners.com/rules.html
  23. I don't blame you. I'm not sure where Keihins are made, but if even half of them are made in the USA, that's better than ubying all these chinese knock offs and giving them more reasons to rip off our stuff.
  24. in addition to above...check axle bearings for play by sticking a box under the rear shock linkage, check front a arm bushing for play, check shock bushings for play, and check front wheel bearings for play. Check cleanliness of air filter (says a lot about maintenance)
  25. sure you got the slides back in the right carbs? The cutout on the slide faces the rear of the carb (air filters)
