  1. nobody but you can answer that. You need to discuss how you ride, your current and future planned mods, and plans for the bike with whatever builder you choose. I agree with the above posters, let someone who is familiar with the Banshee do the work and you will be much happier with the results.
  2. I bought a setup from him, and it installed great. The only issue I see is the steering stops on the stock steering stem do not contact soon enough, so the rim contacts the front a arm if you do a full lock turn, but in all honesty, this setup will turn circles around any OEM setup today.
  3. when did you make this change? I just got one of your heads a couple weeks ago and noticed a couple of the nuts were difficult to put on (but went on and did torque down just fine)
  4. just roll into the throttle slowly, don't just wick it wide open or you'll end up on your back
  5. me either, that must have been one hell of a ride while it lasted.
  6. muriatic acid. Available at a hardware store etc. Just don't get it on anything aluminum you care about. This stuff also works good for cleaning your garage floor in a diluted fashion prior to enameling it
  7. the ATC. the stock ATC pipe isn't bad at all, where as the stock Banshee pipes suck. The ATC has a huge weight advantage and only has to push 1 front tire. The stock ATC engine is in a higher state of tune than a stock Banshee engine.
  8. what's so special about the FAST or RJ clutches that allows them to last? better/thicker fibers? textured steels? stiffer springs?
  9. leave them alone. Spend your time on something more worthwhile besides intentionally trying to piss people off.
  10. someone here had a nice cut stock one for $70, I would think you'd be able to find a nice stocker for less than $100 easy on here or I see a lot of them on ebay too.
  11. 1. install Mozilla Firefox if not installed already 2. install Ad Block Plus from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865 3. right click offending images, and block them.
  12. that site used to be great before he got involved in it.
  13. you know what I think Ben. Throw that RS flywheel in the ditch and run away!
  14. I've had terrible luck with the quality of trail tech products. Their flywheels are junk. They crack and cause problems running on about every YFZ 450 I have heard of running one at some time or another. Their lights, the chrome flakes off, I've sent my HID's back twice because of this, I finally just sold them on ebay when I got them back this last time. The connectors fall apart. Cheap, made in China crap IMO. They advertise their parts as billet aluminum when they are nothing more than cast crap with a cheap chrome finish.
  15. because Charlie Ohton owns it, and he's a two faced crook.
  16. you guys might not know this, but American Star Racing is the former Last Rebel Racing, who ripped off a TON of people 4-5 years ago and were being investigated by authorities, and then they went out of business. They got a new business name and opened their doors a year or so later as American Star Racing. Now you know why they suck goat balls so bad.
  17. what is funny is, Charlie tried this about 6 months ago, and after only 30 people signed up (and the forums were DEAD for almost a week) he reversed his decision and put it back to free. What a dumbass, talk about not learning from your mistakes.
  18. Charlie Ohton has been all about the money since the day he bought that site (Yes I remember it before he had anything to do with it!)
  19. seems like shoutboxes on message forums just promote long load times.
