  1. Forgot to say... I'll separate the straight-cut gears and the needle bearing if someone just wants one or the other. - Jared
  2. Its yours buddy, just shoot me a paypal. I think you have my info from our last deal. If not, just let me know.
  3. I've got a set of straight-cut gears with the needle bearing in the center where the stock bronze bushing goes. Both made by whiteknuckle racing. They are in the for sale section.
  4. You could bore the cases and get a polyurethane bushing machined to fit between the kicker and the cases. I think by the time you come up with something to fix it if its worn out, you could have just bought some new cases.
  5. I've never used one of those things... Personally I think they are retarded.
  6. Yes, they will wear out. I got one with a banshee a while back that was so sloppy you could almost remove the arms from the lockup without unbolting the keeper bolts. I threw it in the garbage.
  7. I like to spray a half a can of ether into the carbs while I hold the throttle open. Starts so good it blows the pipes off half the time. You could also bump up your pilot a size during the winter to help with cold weather starting.
  8. You need 795 series Wiseco pistons. They have the wrist-pin location off-set for the longer rods.
  9. I suppose I should also say that the domes are a little dirty in the picture. They would be all cleaned up before I send them off if someone is interested in them. No damage or detonation or anything. They are good, ready to run.
  10. ATF type F. Never had any issues with clutch wearing out or any of that. I change it every few rides.
  11. Whiteknuckle Straight-Cut Gears w/ Brand new, Whiteknuckle needle-bearing to replace the stock bronze bushing. $395 shipped. Reed Spacers $20 shipped Modded Shift Star $20 shipped 18cc cool head domes $40 shipped Paypal Only. Add 3% to cover fees or send as gift. I send everything UPS and provide tracking numbers.
  12. Yes I have, and they work like ass. The pipes don't hold enough heat to work like they should. Matt designed the Small Bore shearers around the 535 cheetah engine. Smaller than that and you want to be running the Small Bore pipes. Give Matt a call and talk to him about it.
  13. Chain breaker Battery Powered Impact 1/2" Drive Set of Metric Impact Sockets for Impact Gun Flywheel Puller Standard Length Metric Sockets Deep Length Metric Sockets Metric Allen Wrenches Snap-Ring Pliers Torque Wrench Bore Scope (If its in your budget) Feeler Gauges Metric Open-End Wrenches (I like the ratcheting ones) These items should be added to your normal toolbox assortment... hammers, screwdrivers, channel locks, crescent, etc etc. Spend the money on a good impact gun. They have a million uses both on and off the banshee. Dewalt makes some very nice ones. Just be sure you get one of the 1/2" drive ones.
  14. You could also achieve the larger displacement with a bigger bore on the 4mil setup. bonbon has a 485 4mil setup.
  15. Holy fuck! Do they have a retarded monkey doing their work?? Send that shit back, get your money back and call up someone else for a crank. I'd call kevin at HJR or Louie at Twister.
  16. Not true. I block the front one off on every banshee I get. Hell most aftermarket side-covers don't even have the hose there any more. You're crankcase is getting pressurized from somewhere if your pushing oil out the breathers.. Maybe bad crank seal. Do a leak-down test.
  17. That's a sexy frame.
  18. Do you not remember what happened with your last stock stroke cub jon? Broken ankles and your face smashed into the sand going down that hill? LOL
  19. FAIL FAIL Wow... uuber FAIL You must not have many good running 450's around you. I'd be happy to introduce you to some 450 owners who can help show you how bad you FAILED. They are cheap for a reason... And that's a lot of dough you could have blown on banshee parts. It seems to me that every part of this post just screamed FAILURE.
