  1. Looks like your idler gear clip. Get a flashlight and look behind your clutch basket and you can see if that's where its from or not. That's the only clip like that in there, so I would think that's what it is.
  2. ROFL Kinda like how you will have to scroll down past this stuff.... to see what I wrote down here?
  3. There is another thread with this topic that is active right now. Go search for it. Mine is 45lbs with all the gussets welded in there.
  4. I love mine! It kicks ass. Korean Out Of Fucking Nowhere.... come on, you can't beat that.
  5. ROFL! Dial up. Ahh, the old days...
  6. Damn, that's a great idea! Why didn't I think of that. Lets start loading shit into our sigs right now! Don't you wish you hadn't said anything?
  7. Did you do a lawn dart into a wall or something?
  8. You mean it's an 87. There is no such thing as an 86 banshee.
  9. Come to wyoming! No sound restrictions here!
  10. Not a chance. You have a bike with TWO cylinders each with more displacement than your 125 and it only weights around 175 or so more than your bike. If the banshee can get traction they will take you. It's all rider though, if the guys on the shee's suck ass you might have a chance.
  11. There are other pics out there, do a search for my name and you will find them. Waiting on my billet impeller to get here, then I can install my clutch & sidecase. Only two things left I need are a roundhouse carrier and cut domes from dlnoss. after I get those two things I will have it in the frame and doing breakin on the top end. After that I'm heading out to killpecker for jetting. It will be running by the end of this month.
  12. I got some for you Wesw! I found your stash. That whole page full of these. lol
  13. You can get Cub cylinders with the nikasil plating. Stockers don't have it though.
  14. Back in the day FMF did port work. I don't know that they still do or not. I don't know much about what kinda porting they did and if it was any good or not, but I've heard of FMF ported cylinders before....
  15. My mom is a really big quilter. If you go down to your local quilt shop / jo-anns / quilted corner etc and just browse around you can probably find what you are looking for.
  16. Sounds more and more fishy to me. First it was grinded off, then painted. You got the bike for free from a shop? Shop's don't just give stuff away like that. They will keep the bike around so if they need to persue legal action against the owner to recover the bill they can. What if the original owner runs into you on it somewhere and beats the shit out of you for being on his/her bike? What if someone stole the bike from the original owner, took it to the shop to get work done, got scared and left it there? In any case it sounds too good to be true. If you run into a cop with no bill of sale and no title, they don't care what the story is, they will confiscate the bike. That's how it is around here anyway. If you go to get an ORV sticker to ride somewhere they run the VIN numbers, and if it is stolen they come after YOU for having it. It doesn't matter if you stole it or not, but if you are in possesion of stolen property you take the fall for the theft. Go down to your DMV and register the bike / check to be sure it's not stolen. Save yourself the headache.
  17. PM me your address I can send you the gaskets you need. I have a bunch of extra ones.
  18. Can't we all just get along? Bump.
  19. I just got done welding gussets all over mine and it was 45 lbs when i was done.
  20. That's how I learned it. two heat cycles, half throttle for 20 min or so, then romp on that bitch! The last top end I put in mine I did one heat cycle, then romped on it around the block, then let it cool down. That's it. I put 75 hours on that top end, and didn't have ANY troubles with it. I would put those pistons right back in if I were putting the gorr cylinders back on.
  21. That has got to be the weirdest instructions for mixing I have ever read. Especially since you don't know his compression, mods, elevation, etc. If you jetted a bike with a 340 and it was stock at this altitude it would never start dude.
  22. I got my +4 heavy duty swinger from Loco today. All I can say is... DAMN that thing is heavy duty! I don't think I will ever have to worry about bending it. Plus the bushings kick ass, no more bearing worries or stuck bolts! All I need now is a roundhouse carrier and I will be set! Thanks loco!
  23. That was a pretty good one. I said i would keep everyone updated on the buildup, so that's what I'm doing. If you don't like it, don't read the posts. Duh. A local Rhino Linings dealer was going out of business and told me if I sand blasted the frame he would spray it for free, so I'm not going to get PC I'm going with the rhino lining for the frame. Still going to go with a blue-ish color though. I will post pics of the frame when I get it tomarrow.
  24. Come on people! I bought one from him! Great guy to deal with.
  25. Just ordered more parts! It's going to be done before I know it! I'm still trying to get a hold of kim at K&T to see if he will trade the stock stroke cubs for some 4mm cubs straight up. That would save me quite a bit of hassle. lol Oh well. Heavy Duty Clutch w/ springs chain guide set new sprockets billet water impeller 795 series piston kit billet dip stick stator & clutch bolt kit extended rear braided steel brake line handlebars Jeff at F.A.S.T. I need to order some parts from you as well! PM me please.
