  1. Like the other guys said ebay. Just watch what you buy. You get what you pay for.
  2. 104 i think. Maybe more but i don't think so. Hope this helps.
  3. Thanks for the replies. I rechecked it after sitting for a couple weeks and oil is right at the full mark and no leaks are present now. Must have overfilled it.
  4. What do you mean by didn't turn out to hot? Just wondering.
  5. Noss here all the way. I installed a Noss head on my 98 shee with 20cc domes and love it. Noss has the best cust service you can get. I f any problems arise you can call him just about anytime. That's what service is all about. The big mfg can't do that.
  6. Hey peps what's up? Need some advice from the pros. Drained the trans on my shee and refilled. No problems. Let sit for about 2 weeks in storage shed and went out to start it up and it was kinda dark and I noticed something on the floor. Looked like water at first then I ran my hand in it and it was trans fluid coming out the vent hose back by the swingarm. Is it possible that due to hot and cold here in Iowa that it siphoned itself out or did i just overfill it and ran out????? Any help would be awesome. Dirtman350
  7. I like FMF pc2's myself
  8. They will be dim unitl you rev up the motor for the stator to brighten them up. More rpm's the brighter the lights will get. That's the way my 98 is.
  9. Try a search on here for coolant bottle relocate. They way the hoses are routed you will get antifreeze on your pipes. Mine did the same thing until i rerouted my hoses to the backside of my cases. problem solved. Install a temp gauge to monitor your temps to see if your really getting to hot.
  10. use Klotz flex drive.
  11. The diff is the resistor plug will burn somewhat hotter than a conventional plug. I reccomend the br8es myself. seems run run clean everytime i check them and hardly ever foul them if your machine is tuned properly.
  12. If your looking for an oem one be prepared to spend some cash. I just bought one from BikeBandit.com and it set me back almost $100. I also purchased some extra parts in case i need to rebuild my kickstarter. If your looking for an aftermarket one just do a search on the web for one and you'll find alot of hits.
  13. Banshee ran awesome this weekend. Did not find any coolant leaks. Couldn't believe how much better the throttle is. Alot crisper when on the pipes. Props to Noss!!!
  14. Thanks guys fro the replies. Haven't rode since head install. Going sat for a ride at my g-pas. I will let ya all know how it goes.
  15. I use Klotz supertechniplate. Love it. I run 32:1. Haven't had any prob's yet. Just my 2 cents worth.
  16. Hi, Is it nessacary to use the supplied nuts and washers that come with my noss head? I couldn't use them due to the fact that my head studs stick up a little bit too far. I used my stock nuts over. Haven't rode it yet but i hope coolant does not wick up around the studs. Latter and ride safe.
  17. well i guess nobody wants them . Oh well just trying to get rid of them.
  18. Try bikebandit.com for factory upper a-arm bolts. They are the best around and you don't have to go to the stealership. Make sure you grease the new ones really good. Better to have to much grease and not enough. Hopefully you won't have to do them again but it will make life easier to take apart. Luckily on my 98 the came out alright. Took awhile but finally came apart.
  19. Rear pads are diffrent than the front ones. I had the same problem with my rear caliper being seized up and would not come apart. Finally, after a hour and half it finally came apart. All i can say is be patient and it will come apart. Try and saok it with some good penetrating lube.
  20. Purchased a Noss head and it came with a sweet decal. Where can i get some of these? can someone let me know where to get a few of these. Thanks
  21. Total price is $10.00 right. Do you take pay-pal or how would you like me to pay for it? Is the air box lid in good shape and not all messed up? Let me know how to pay for it and i'll take it. Chris
  22. Sorry , can't let go that cheap.
  23. How much do you want for the air box lid shipped to 50021. Thanks. maybe we can work out a deal.
