  1. Holy SHIT. He did that in a short time also. Since 2002
  2. Man, That brings back memories.
  3. Plus today you don't need yamaha to put together a banshee
  4. Someday i will buy the block offs just to try it to see the differance. I will report back on it. I will lose a little on my low-end but I can afford it with this motor. Way to much wheel spin. Tires Tires Tires
  5. I have stageiv p.v. on my 535 trinity When I first got my motor I called jimmy at trinity thoes main jets no# 230 coming off the p.v are just for drain-age the black goo. He told me to connect vent line hose on them and point them down ward to drain under frame. He also said you should have some black-goo venting it's normal. If not you my have a problem. This is all that I know. Never heard anything over plantsand drilling your cylinders and venting it back into the intake track. I won't do it. If you deside to call trinity ask for jimmy or Harry no wone else. I haven't delt with trinity for some time now. Not sure if jimmy still works their. I heard that he quiet & then came back. Hope this helps
  6. Last fall bought a jj&a hillshooter 28.5" it weights 9.5 pounds complete. What came off the bike was a axcalibar axle which weight 18.5 Ibs with all lonestar billet hubs. sprocket hub, wheel hubs, & brake hub. I saved 9 pounds. Hope this helps
  7. Moltul anti-smoke anti-carbon 100% synthetic ester based lubricant it's going to take very long time for carbon to builed up. Before i was using 927 When the bike was stock huge amounts of carbon builed up the first year that I bought the bike. It was choking the pipe. When I pulled the motor to send it out to trinity the pipes were on their for about three years using moltul. Their was no carbon builed up what so ever using Moltul. I'm sold. To get the carbon out using 927 I've tried everything under the sun even paint remover would't touch it. This what I like about trinity's stainless steel pipes. Even tried easy-off baking fuild. We have a huge snap-on sand blaster cabinet at work using media not sand I cleaned these pipes once since I bought these pipes in 1998 using the sandblaster methed. I'm on my third motor with these pipes. I just got motor back from jeff last year looked at the pipes still clean before putting them back on. Every time I pull the pipes I check it. Believe it or not their still clean to my satisfaction. So I'm a firm believer on what oils you use. This stuff burns clean.
  8. Yep, It's that time of year again this shit start's
  9. This time of year your going to wait. No-matter were you go. Its' like at a Deli you grab a ticket you wait your turn.
  10. NYUK is wright on this one. Carbon build up is as hard as diamond. It's tuff to get out. Sandblasting is the only way. Just don't stay in their to long with the nozzle. Chemicals won't do it. Tape up the flange with layers of duck tape & put a blanket over the pipe & go for it. I switched my premix over to MOTUL you won't get that build up. It burns super clean.
  11. What about the 501's that Jeff sell's? Their radial's. If Nay I'd go with the knarly's before the Klaw's same reason to close. Check out the new sport radial by kenda also. I believe banshee 322 had them on his drag bike. Ask him.
  12. I had v-force 2 reeds on my old motor. Did I feel the differance? Very little. Are they worth it? IMO for that motor. Nope. Would I buy v-force 3 reeds for my new motor? Maybe after doing a search that somebody proved that they lowered their E.T. on asphalt by a huge margine switching over from stock. But thats not saying that they would be any good for my motor. It's a gamble. IMO What started this band wagon somebody over at Glamis made a record run famous name Dan Hall, Dennis Packard, or banshee chick Orthon racing made it at the top record run with v-force reeds. Did the reeds have something to do with thoes record runs for that day or was it the conditions allowing the records to be broken. To make me a firm believer. I,d have to buy a set slicks, over-ride the tranny, set up the lights and go buy the E.T. NOT DYNO RUNS. Will I ever do this nope. I have alot of faith with the stock reeds.
  13. IMO when the temps start reaching 95+ I stay home. Its not good to run these motors in the middle of a heat wave.
  14. YA 55 here still alive. I don't think its the age. It's your health. My line of work carpentor by trade. Keeps you in shape. From mini- bikes, racing karts to three wheelers. I bought back in 86 brand new honda 350x ATC biggest baddest motor that manufactors had to offer at its time. Lots of fun. from mud fling-ing to Mx, flat tracking, hill climb, Been there done that. Today I ride 535 10/mm. Send me out on the stright-a-ways with a 17mm wrench, small screw-driver, 6mm socket & my jetpack & Im more than happy. Ya I may be the grandfarther of bansheeHQ But-man I love this sport
  15. I had these pipes since 97. I love these pipes.
  16. When i had my two into one my jetting was 35 pwk, dek 4th clip, 58 pilot, 205 main with trinity stage 4 pipes, stage 2 porting. Hope this helps
  17. Give that boy credit. Jeff does do nice work
  18. lonestar axle with all billet hubs. RPM Sprocket hub, L/S Wheel hub's pinch bolt, L/S Brake hub, Also included Billet twin roll bearing carrier. on e- bay under auldmags. 7 day listing Starting bid at $525.00
  19. I'd get them instead of fullbores. Fullbores are ugly IMO.
  20. Nice guy takes his brothers wheels off his skateboad for his banshee. LMAO
  21. TIGERS ALL THE WAY. I WAS SO GLAD THEY BEAT THE YANKEES. I WAS EVEN GLADER BACK IN 04 THATS ONE SERIES I'LL NEVER FORGET
  22. I'd have to agree on my ported stock cylinders the low end with trinitys pipes it had light switch power band. No matter what you did with the pilot or needle dia & your L1 it had that slite bog. Between your exhaust port height & pipe design I was locked in. Rpm had to be around 2800 rpm before the power hit hard. Now with a power valve motor totaly differant set of pipes. It's like being shot out of a cannon. It's like a 4 stroke power band. I like these pipes
  23. I believe It's the boyesen reeds on stock cages not the (rad valves) system
  24. Jeff at FASTOYS has just completed my 535 I'm very pleased with it. If your using your stock cases go with the cub set up. Check out the new super cubs. Thats what I would do. But thats just me.
