  1. Don't ride it. You'll seize the engine. You got to get that fixed.
  2. Go to their website they go the cure for that.
  3. shane: bansheehq member (dyno comparison). Quoted that boyesen out performed the V-force reeds. Believe it or not
  4. Check this out. Carbon fiber front & rear fenders. Go to> www.tricklicks.com
  5. web-site> www.fiber-lite.com
  6. IMO excellent set-up
  7. For 697.00 I'd seriously look at the bearings. Who trued & welded it? Are the rods, hot rods? For that price something wrong. You don't want to nickel dime the crank. Go with crankworks or twister. Watch what you buy. Someone is making spin-offs that look like wiseco but are junk. Beware
  8. GOT TO SEE SOME PIC'S OF THE FINISED PRODJECT. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANKS JEFF FOR PIMPIN -MY -RIDE. :thumb:
  9. One more dilemma you may run into. Case flexing once this starts they start leaking. I average about 20 to 25 hours riding time. Then you gotta pull the motor put new doll pins in reseal it. Ive done this twice. It happen again the third time. Jeff At fastoys got my motor now. It's my last ditch effort to fix this problem. If it happens again which I dout. I'll sell everthing. Just to add to this these big cheetahs are Known to blowing tranny's also. Just to much torque. To build my motor I got $10,000 Into it roughly. This is with out Jeff's bill yet. Go with the cub set-up. This is my last post on this matter.
  10. Your working back-wards, a-arms swing-arm then shocks. What's wrong with a 10/mm cub?
  11. I bought mine before the cubs were out or even mentioned. You better think about spending another 5 grand for the suspension with that motor. What good is it all that power with-out the suspension. Theirs alot of work with epoxyies if it's tunnel ported to make them run wright. That's why they came out with the cubs. If had a chance to do it over. I'd go with a cub. They run just as good. [ Cheaper to build ] Your going to need a engine builder call jeff at fastoys. He will help you out. Think about it. Before jumping into big cheetah
  12. I like V bars. Had them on 3 wheeler also very comfortable for me, & cheap price wise. Almost like semi drag bars
  13. That's what I'm doing. Just waiting for Jeff to finish up
  14. You start dumping 80, 100, 120. 150 hp and your using motor oil? example drain your tranny to your car or truck and put motor oil in their & see what happens. I'm not trying to be smart ass eithier. Hope no hills around you won"t make it
  15. If you using motor oil you better invest in a quick change clutch cover. Youll be in their GTX 20w50 it's still motor oil. Does it say anywhere on the bottle made for wet clutch systems 2 stroke 4 stroke transmission? NO. If it did you may have a point. I would believe the makers of or chemist that work for castrol before toomey. Toomey is pipe builder.
  16. I still wouldn't use it
  17. If you want to change to a differant oil. Change you clutch friction plates. Once the plates are saturated with one type of oil stay with that oil. It's not wise to mix. If the previous owner was using that oil stay with it for the life of that clutch. DO NOT USE MOTOR OIL that's the worst thing that you can use on a clutch
  18. motul = no carbon build up. 927 to dirty for me
  19. Your life will never be the same. Congradulations
  20. Eat Your Gaskets. I wounld'nt have that in my airplane. That's a first. Never heard such thing. All it is (100LL) low lead refined gasoline pure and simple. Controlled through FAA regaulations I've used this fuel for years on my first motor with no problems. With a few hundred other people.
  21. What he said. This is so true. Four strokes can't take heavy porting you only can go so-far that's it. Once you start changing cams & porting they are a mother fucker to start. Your better off leaving it stock. Your performance will suffer if you go to far with the mods. Mickey Dunlop 4 stroke tech told me this years ago. When he did my honda 350x ATC back in 1987. mild cam, pipe, bigger carb, aries piston 11/1 thats it. No more than that. That bike was nothing to sneeze at. It hauled ass. But nothing like a banshee
  22. Call them first. You have to send your cylinders in to have them ported for the kit that you have chosen. I believe the price includes porting on their web-site.
  23. if your looking for a good low end motor i'd go with duncan racing
