  6. I remember that bike it was the fastest back late 90's. Also I think a guy with a polaris 1/4 mile 9.2 These records are old. I don't think the cheetah cylinders were even out then. Not sure what the record today is. Do a search planetsand they may know. Or ask Nyuk. The polaris may still hold. Not sure.

  16. I think Walter, Roost Fest. He was from Conn. He was a memmber her a few years back. He hasen't posted anything for some time now . He moved out to Arizona LUCKY BASTARD (atuo paint distribator) But he had Dave Moore build he's bike and used RZ350 shift forks. He shifts the bike just like a duneable override. His bike was on the front cover of sand sports magizine. He said it worked out very well for him.
  17. Don't care. Don't have the motor anymore. Leave it 48 then . Just keep on changing the kick idle gear instead.
  18. Like i said every motor is different. 48 pilot is lean for ported motor for that set up. imo he sould be in the 50's somewhere

  20. Every motor is different. But that jetting is close the same as sredish what he had for jetting on his bike. P.M. Him one time about trying a fatter tapper went to a eek needle to fat for my bike. Not sure what he lended up with. The pilot on that guys bike way to lean. Try a 55 pilot it will start easier.

  24. What he said. Just one thing he forgot. Between your heat cycles let the motor cool down completely & re-torque cylinder base nuts. Cubs & cheetah motors are a bitch to do, need motion pro offset wrench, or openend crows foot. While your there with the torque wrench do the head. Check it every now in then till they stop moving. Your good to go
