taking your left rim+ tire combo and putting it on the right side, will change the offsest of your tire making it have a wider track, about 3 inches each side.taking the tire off the rim and turning the tread pattern around will do nothing for stock tire except if the leading edge of the tread is starting to shark fin over, but on some tires like Realitors there made to be turned around for different uses.
yep, ive had mine for 4 years now and i rebuild my top end on mine every spring, its more of a piece of mind redo. i ride most of the year,at least 20 hours a month, just now rebiulding the bottom end.good luck on your decision.
ive had one now for 6 months no problem at all.advancing the timing gives you more timing advancement throughout your timing curve, hence more advance =more power, but there is a down side to much advance will lead to dentonation and overheating.most run 4 degrees for mild engines.
loosen up the two phillip head screws, get a feeler gauge between .015 and.020" put it between the flywheel trigger and the pickup and tighten the screws down.if all else fails and you dont have a feeler gauge ive used a match book,in a pinch

most ups and other parcel services use a converey belt from a second story to the ground level, and yes things do roll off from around 15 to 20 feet in the air,and yes an axel can bend at that hight.if i was to ship and axel i would put it in a piece of pvc pipe.very rigid and can flex without breaking i used to work for ups so i know how things get broke.
