  1. he hasnt ridin dunes yet.. im devirginizin his azzz easter weekend.. he's never been to the dunes AT ALL!!!
  2. airscrew in all the way cuz i am running to lean.. way lean... im thinking along the same lines as the 350.. maybe even a 360.. how bout the needle clip.. since my v force runs it more rich i put it at the 2nd clip.. shall i keep it at 3rd...
  3. yeah who knows... my power stopped at full throttle thats when he pulled away, so up on the mains.... for sure... pilots for sure... prolly needle back to 3rd o 4th clip... ah the fun i will have in lil sahara tunnin this thing..
  4. ok so i raced my buddy with a yami 4fiddy.. he has his ex cam turned 1 tooth.. a intake cam.. took off his airbox and did a intake tube and a trinity exhaust. i have 19cc domes at 114 octane... vforce 3.. mild port.. bored .060 over prolites... dual kn filter pods...im at 500 above sea level... have 320's - stock pilot cuz my 30 hasnt come in...and needle in 2nd clip... airscrew all the way in... any feedback on this.. FORGOT TO ADD: i have pro circuit pipes!!.. lol
  5. i put in v force 3's went from 300 to 320 and still not rich enough im going to 360's next hopefully it bogs at 3/4 cuz i dont want to put in to big of mains .. race gas is spensive!!!! also on your needle clip may have to lean it out. mines on 2nd clip and seems ok... was on 3rd
  6. yeah there is a d&d in texas and yes they do sprt bikes mainly.... my buddy works for them... i do believe they make exhaust and some motor work for sportbikes but just recently got into atv's and dirtbikes.

  9. sweeet!!!!!! i love to air the shee.. hopefully we can find a nice dune to take some pics and get a parade going!!! i will put a HQ also on both of my shee flags... going to be a lot of us having a good time... here's my truck and my bike basically looks like this... cept for the front tires and the heel guards and a arms... but same graphics n tires,,, n bars.. ect

Plannin a trip to lil sahara in oklahoma..... got bout 12 of us going seeing who else might be out there... ? we are going up the 24th thurs..... or if anyone will already be up there i'd like to get a spot saved... haha!!! or vise verse i can save if there is room. cant f'n wait!!!! new mods and first trip to the dunes on them!!!

  14. I'D SAY START OUT AT 300 MAIN.. 27.5 PILOT.. AIRSCREW 1.5 OUT FROM SEAT NEEDLE AT 4TH CLIP... THEN WARM IT UP ... TAKE A FEW RUNS... PULL THE CHOKE OUT HALF WAY AND IF IT RIDES WORSE THEN YOUR RICH AND YOU CAN BEGIN TO LEAN IT OUT.... IF IT RIDES BETTER THEN YOU NEED TO RICHEN UP ... YOU CAN DO THAT TO DETERMINE THE NEEDLE ...THE PILOT... THE MAIN... 0 to about 1/8 throttle is controlled by the Pilot jet size, and fine tuned by the airscrews 1/4 to 3/4 throttle is controlled by the needle taper & length, fine tuned by the clip position 3/4 to WOT is controlled by the main jet size DSICLAIMER: TAKEN FROM JETFACT

  17. WELCOME TO HQ... EVERYONE ON HERE IS AWESOME SO ASK AROUND... BUT STEMING FROM SANDCARS AND NOW QUADS.. HEIMS SEEM TO BE THE THING. I DO BELIEVE YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY WHICH IS BETTER THEN THE OTHER I THINK ONE HAS LESS MAINTENCE WHICH IS THE HEIMS.... I BUILD LIFT KITS FOR FULL SIZE TRUCKS AND WE USE ALL HEIMS FOR STRENGTH AND DURABILTY AND THEY LAST MUCH MUCH LONGER (WE'VE FOUND) THEN THE FACTORY BALL JOINTS... THEN AGAIN THERE ISNT THE STRESS LEVEL ON QUADS JOINTS AS TRUCKS SO AS LONG AS YOU KEEP EITHER LUBED UP I THINK YOUR FINE TO WHICHEVER.

  20. I DONT BELIEVE I HAVE EVER SEEN MINE TOUCH... FROM WHEN IT WAS STOCK AND I DID A REBUILD TO NOW WITH THE NEW MODS... THE SLIDE HAS TO BE OPEN A LITTLE BIT OR ELSE IT WONT START. HENCE WHEN YOU GIVE IT GAS THEY SLIDE UP. CLOSING THEM ALL THE WAY IS LIKE SHUTTING OFF THE GAS SUPPLY MAKING YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT SOME GAS AND KEEP THE THUMBING THE THROTTLE TO KEEP ER RUNNING... ARE YOU HAVING PERFORMANCE TROUBLES? I SEE YOU SAID IT BOGS.
  21. I RAISED THE CLIP 1 NOTCH CUZ OF THE V FORCE 3'S AND PUT IN A 320 MAIN AND SO FAR STOCK PILOT BUT I AM WAITING ON MY 30 PILOT TO ARRIVE.... HAVENT GOT WOT YET BUT SEEMS TO RIP... I SHOULD GET THEM FRIDAY AND TEST ER OUT AGAIN... I PUT THE AIRSCREW ALL THE WAY IN AND DIDNT ADJUST THE IDLE AND NO CHANGE.. SO I HAD TO ADJUST THE IDLE SCREWS TILL IT RAN ON ITS OWN... THAT CAUSED BY TO SMALL PILOT?
