  1. call me crazy .. but a 35 pilot is like ... im ported with pods v force pc pipes and i run a 30 pilot on 410 mains... sound a lil rich on the pilot.. im suprised it starts... get some port and you wont need to change those carbs.. im also thinkin along the same lines as gearing too though..
  2. i'd go up on my pilot one and up on my mains a few,, but not to extreme.. more rich then lean is what i like!!!!.. you can adjust your airscrew for the pilot since you ride trails your more in that throttle range then at wot with a huge main
  3. get a screw driver and use the handle to bang on the bottom of the carb where the fuel/float bowl is at.. seems like your floats are stuck... if that doesnt work then take the carb or carbs off and you'll need to take the floats out and there is a lil pin that the floats utilize to turn the fuel on or off and sometimes the rubber end of the pin falls apart and fuel comes bailing out.. lemme know if you need pics..
  4. whens the last time you checked your jets for clogging..... seems to happen a lot if you dont have a inline fuel filter.

  6. is it not firing at all or just blowing out cold exhaust CHECK YOUR PILOT.. ITS CLOGGED... I PUT 5 BUCKS ON IT!!! glad to hear its up and runin!!!
  7. YEAH I'LL DOUBLE CHECK A NAPA.. most those fools there are in high school.. i didnt even want to attempt to have them pull it up on the computer, they might spell it wrong o some chit!!!we'll see
  8. a smaller swinger has what type of advantage on a track?... an di do think my clutch is fulkered up... same one since 01.. haha
  9. went to the pep boys and asked for heli coil.. they looked at me like .. so then i turned away and as i walked out i was like . . . now what!!! guess i'll try a longer bolt

  11. well i dunno what the dang deal is... im loosing by 2 bikes... minus well ride a fkn stock shee!!!... we got on a flat and ran em again.. this time the ground was a lil slippery and i had lots of air in the tires but i still got beat.. felt like i have the power and its there but not going no place... how long do stock clutches last?
  12. i'd check my carbs fo sho!!! then tear into the clutch .. but having it rev higher then norm doesnt seem like a clutch failure... do you run pump or race.. pump wouldnt go bad.. and i've let my 114 sit for 2 weeks and was still good... but def check those carbs for any clogg... take em all out and get you a lil sewing needle and poke em!the jets that is

  15. id have to rethread to a larger diameter bolt wont i... i was thinkin i could use all thread since only half of the threads are shot and once i get past the part that stripped its fine and the bolt grabs... this happen to you before there monk ay boy..
  16. I AGREE... check that compression!!! when is the last time you rebuilt the top end?
  17. .. . ahhh chit is waht came to mind as i was tightening one of the 4 reed cage bolts on my intake... well i wasnt hammering down on the allen head bolt and it just stripped.. anyone done this and tried to rethread to a bigger size or know how to fix it... ? its the jug that stripped out.. the bolt is fine.. damn alum jug
  18. so does it blow out cold air when you rev it up... or not as responsive as the other side... in order to find out if its an electrical problem.. switch the plug wires.. if it moves then you know its electrical.. if not i would blow out all my carbs jets ( main and the pilot) and check the needle.. i just had the same prob with my right side and it was my pilot jet.
