  1. got a chrome swingarm in on trade dont think i need it now. has modquad carrier for stock axle used for ONE trip chrome perfect carrier perfect close to new as you can get. 450+ shipp. has the M+M logo in the back of it
  2. show chrome was welded up from spliting at polish i got them and redid the welds they dont leak now and work great. only one pipes seam is welded. inframe stamped. small bore pipes 400+shipping. shipping is probably going to be around 50 bucks or so. so 450 shipped no less no low balls located in hutchinson kansas will be at the dunes in little sahara halloween if you want i can bring them. pic soon only selling to fund another pipe purchase and if those sell these are not for sale..
  3. buy the basket from matton. its built to last and is a decent price.
  4. call hinson and bitch at them.. at the price they sell that setup for it should fit very nicely mine went on with no issues.
  5. welp lets look at it like this.. from what i understand: the cheeta is partial owned by trinity and is the reason for the inflated price i dont know how long the "deal is set up for" i'm not sure what if any castings of cheetas are even being produced and its a shame because of the greatness of that design.. the cub was a great selling cylinder and brought the banshee back as far as i'm concerned.. so then what? you market a "super cub" bigger bore ( and more design problems that the cheeta had solved with the larger bore cyls) thats the BBD for a lil while. then you do a DM and DMX and other larger more $$$$ cc cylinders that are the next BBD THEN you realize the amaxing success of the "cub" so you derive a serval for the trail and custom porters that want more to "play with" then that sells well but kinda fails in preformance unless done right ( and whay not its a custom cylinder that really needs a completely differnt setup from what is the "norm" takes a lil time) but i think its mostly figured out but far from really pushed to the max. THEN you release the wompus a "look alike" stock cylinder cub and is available in mucho larger cc motors and market that as a street killer and develop the stock looking head with replaceable domes.. NICE! all marketing and development of a product line i like it its keeping this industry exciting and to think its all from one company.. i'd love to see a re release of a PV cheeta in a more better price range and using externaly adjustable rotax powervalves ( like a trex has) but i feel if that happend it might push a lot of "serval" buyers into a differnt cylinder and would probably hurt the sales of the serv. with extrnally adjustable valves you can "dial" in the lkinda power you want for the day you can keep them copmpletely closed for tight traisl and technical stuff where you dont want a hard hit of top end that breaks loose traction then with a simple twist you can have bottom end with a brutal midrange lil more twisting you can lightswitch the powerband to a high rev hard hitting exciting drag style top end.. all in the same motor.. without the screwey head gasket blowng or special heads that the super cubs need... think about it
  6. sold pending payment
  7. it died because of what i said. not much debate in a dyno graph of an "old pv" cylinder.. id personally love to see a rebirth of a smaller cc large bore pv jug like a 73mm stock stroke pv cheeta.. the larger bore would like to rev and the pv's would make all the bottom you would ever need. plus the short stroke would allow higher rpm stability.
  8. jetting is not constant if your "chops looked fine a few months ago i'm sure the temps outside have changed and unless your mixing fresh gas every trip you may be even fighting bad fuel issues.. learn how to jet from what the motor wants not just numbers. get the throttle response nice and the idle set perfect THEN go play with the mains. make absolute sure yoru synch and throttle cable pull is good and your filters are clean clean clean if you have an outerware clean it again if you cannto see light right through it its dirty. this is why i al;most never recomend certain jets. most all stock cylinder banshee's with kehiens i have jetted are in the 38-50 pilot range adn 140-165 main range.
  9. ole wes! this is how i do it. FIRST i use a squirrel cage synchrometer. only tool on thats worth a shit in my mind for these. i eyeball them and get them at least close THEN start it SET the idle first. this is very important. get the bike to idle decent and the synch # the same. THEN open t he throttle just a tad and check that with th e tool this will be the actual synch of the carb's and cable. get that perfect then you should have it done on stock carbs kill it and then hold wide open and just make sure the slides clear the bores of the carbs. when you get this right the bike will sound great smoke the same out of both pipes and midrange and off idle throttle response will be nice as long as your jeting in good.
  10. hmm looks like you put on some pipes and some bars awesome!@
  11. heat works good are you using a stud remover? if you need to pull them to put in another cylinder just buy new studs..
  12. Who's ready for a rematch? if the weather is nice i'll be there hoping for some good riding!!
  13. im more of a honey ham on potato bread with lettuce and real chedda.
  14. yup i cheat all the time. deff not cause my shits fast or i know how to build a bike as a whole... nope not at all. i know who you are now. and yea you can jockey the hell out of andys bike for sure i'll give ya that. i like racing you guys cause you never quit and you will run more than 200 ft. i've ran right next to you pretty dang far out there. thats fun. but saying that i'm trying to talk someone up for favor's?? ( swing from nuts, sucking dick etc) you better get your story right so what the HELL am i sapposed to do?? wait till all you guys who give me shit are halfway down the dune till i start out..? what happens at tracks with lights where the guy cuts a near perfect light and the other lane is about half a sec off? did the slow reaction guy call bullshit?? i mean good god half these bikes are running 16 rippers or 14 rippers and i'm rollin my loly 14 ext and 12 ext's.. you should be able to MURDER me with those DM's it shouldt even be somewhat close.. those bikes are 140hp+ i've seen the graphs. last time my shitbox was on a dyno it did a whoping 115. and i WEIGH 280+ lbs! ohhh sorry i have to type what everyone is thinking. good thing i dont have to try and butter anyone up to get favors.
  15. thats funny right there i dont care who you are..
  16. in the past i have ran BB's on 421's i have done they have a tad more low end and some builds i like that,, the BB pipes i had on my 535 were as i understood it at the time the 3rd production set built in the BB set up.. i order'd them YEARS ago.. after talking to shear at the dunes he said he's improved the design a lil more and then went to stamping them.
  17. twister has a PV motor.. i attempted to "trail" my alky 485.. it was to say the least a freakin handfull. springers lil 398 would be a KILLER trail dune motor. its all in the setup and the dome style.. pipe choice or all of them is critical also. and of course no matter what ANY one says any motor over a 55hp bolt on banshee will absolutely need a billet basket, HD clutch, modified transmission, and a really strong crank. just cause the cylinder is cheap dosent mean the entire build can be done for a few hundy bucks
  18. packard, lectron direct. fast by gast. wildcard can get stuff through packard as well. the newer bowls even the plastic ones use o-rings too
  19. as per many many requests i have decided to show what happend the last time some pussy decided to swing from my balls as it has been stated i am currently doing ( which i find it hard to even think i do this atrocity!)
  20. any auto parts store that carries NGK can get you what ever you need. i get all my plugs from o'reilly's. you will need the 4 digit stocking number for them tho. the caps are an 8031 i believe... and the plugs i like best are br8eix OR br9eix. gas/ alky also buy the solid terminal style so they wont unscrew in the caps solid terminal br8eix are 6747 stock number solid terminal br9eix are 3089 stock number. my local auto store can have the plugs to me in one day.
  21. are you talkin about maggetshee bangin his old lady and screamin in the pop up? cause at the same time we about knocked the comander over from shakin it side to side
  22. who is this? cause if you live in MIAMI FL? your just resaying what someone else is asking you to post so that they can conceal their identity.. post a pic of this DM so i know who to look for. if its like miami OK or TX then i apologize BUT i'd still like a pic of your bike..
  23. if you ran out of gas that would have sucked to be the problem..
  24. to much gearing to tall of a tire its a freakin stock motor too.. come on man!
  25. big bores as i understand were developed for the 535. smalls were for smaller motors. id look into small bore inframe shears. if you want more of a "dune/ low end motor try the snipers. on my rider stocker 421 i run trinity inframes they have a nice mix of both.
