  1. you dont understand how bad I want to go......all I can ask is please set up some sort of date for late september to have another get together while you guys are up there. Fall riding is awesome in the area with the changing trees, not to mention the nice cool crisp air. Either sept. 24-26 or Oct 1 - 3 would be a great time. (hot rod weekend at Wildwood, NJ the weekend before) Grab a whole bunch of gallon water jugs to bring with you guys. It's good to rinse off with, brush your teeth, etc etc etc. Figure on 2 gallons per shower. Meat, you might want to get some sort of shower thing going. I know they make those portable shower things, might be something to look into. Then you just add your own water. I'm talking like I'm going.....damnt.....at least I'll be in Virginia riding my shee. Hopefully if I get this rolling chassis I'm lookin at I'll have 2 shee's. Even so, I'll have my helmet cam with me for footage, and me n my girl are gonna head off somewhere and get some sex on the shee action going on. I just gotta figure out how to keep the helmet cam rolling for the footage
  2. In pa I think its 11 pts and you lose your license. Anything written up for over 5mph over the speed limit is fines. I was 16 had my license for like 5 weeks, and had a 71 Nova, straight 6, all worked, bought it off a guy that put like 15 grand into the thing (bought it for 4). I got out of detention and was all pissed off and went ripping down the one off street which their happens to be a school on. Lights were flashing, I didnt see them....saw the cop halfway through the speedtrap and hit the brakes, he clocked me doing 98 in a 15. Lost my license right there, he followed me back to my house to park the nova for good (besides the few joy rides before the guy that sold it to me came back to buy it). Lost my license until I was 18, had a 2 thousand dollar fine, and 300 hours of community service. If I ever have to paint a fire hydrant or baseball field backstop again I think I'll kill myself first. That was an expensive ticket
  3. If you're not using it as a through street, then you ARE local traffic. Get yourself some poster board and draw a big ol picture of everything. Pictures speak a million words.
  4. I'll be doing it this year down at Hatfield-McCoy probably. I'll have my IMS tank so the ratio will be easy....just drop in 5 gallons and my 16 oz's and I'm ready to go. I had a can in my backpack before, but now I'm gonna be running my helmet cam. I figure the gas tank is just like a gas can on your shee anyway Just make sure you have the petcock off and shake the hell out of the shee before you go riding again.
  5. rolling chassis is basically everything except what you need to make it go. And sometimes less than that....and you list what else it needs
  6. .

    Life

You forgot the best one: Fuckin Overhauled Russian Disaster My next truck will be a ford though.....cant beat the deal. I'll always have my s-10 though
  7. I cant wait till my kids get old enough to be able to tell stories like that about me. I dont think I'll ever stop being crazy though, maybe a little less could lose my life doing this crazy, but nonetheless
  8. how bout that rad cover?
  9. what size drill and tap do you use for those 6mm ones?
  10. lol....how'd they do that?
  11. how much you want for the whole thing, picked up.....can do it this weekend....tomorrow night actually (or early saturday morning) Does it need anything else? seat, gas tank etc? Pm me a price, I'm looking at another complete rolling chassis much like yours. Even if you get rid of the a-arms and axle to him....pm me a price without those as well.
  12. I saw in dirtwheels somebody just started making a mini winch setup thats lightweight for more sport oriented atv's
  13. what happened to meat's shee being on there? I kinda thought that since it was all meat's doing on this coalfest thing....it would only be right to have his shee for the pic....not to mention its a badass shee. I like the pic on ben's shirt above. I think the picture in ben's shirt should be on the back, with the coalfest 2004, and then on the front either centered or where a pocket would be have a tuning fork logo with bansheehq.com running around it or something like that.
  14. doing that you have a good chance of ruining that boot. Where the ball joint goes into the spindle, apply some pulling apart force between the spindle and the a-arm, and whack the side of the spindle where the balljoint goes into it. Give it a couple good whacks and it should come right out. To get the new ones in (may have to get the spindles taperbored depending what balljoints), I used an inner race of a rear wheel bearing, but anything round and metal should work. Mine just wanted to keep spinning and not want to slide up into the spindle, so I took the inner race and put it inbetween the spindle and the lock nut, tightened it down some, removed the inner race and tightened it down the rest of the way. Worked like a charm
  15. someone on here did a dyno run with one on and off, and got a 2 hp decrease (variance in dyno runs is + or - 2 hp) so it didnt change a thing, and the rpm curve was exactly the same.
  16. I run my realtors at 0psi in the snow.....just make sure that theirs a little bit of air still coming out when I push on the valvestem. My holeshots I run at like 3-5 psi depending on conditions. You guys all run a high pressure front tire. I run mine at like 4. Soft enough that it absorbs energy, forms to rocks, etc etc, but hard enough that if you hit something its not gonna push into the rim.
  17. send me a price on that rad cover for pick up
  18. CKY2K......its a skateboard movie that the Jackass guys made before jackass became popular. Probably some of the best jackass scenes ever made. They beat the piss outta this rental car. You think the crash derby was bad......at least they got to return the car...... If you can find it, its a must have
  19. damn led.....that be some enginuity.....I'll have to remember that.
  20. I drink on a daily basis, well, not every day, but whenever I feel like it. I only have 2 maybe 3 beers at most. I drink it more as a beverage to drink, then the alcohol involved in it. I used to drink a lot, and do a lot of stupid ass shit, most of it being illegal, but now me and my girl go out just a few times a year and get pretty lit. One being Irish fest weekend down at WildWood, NJ (weekend of sept 17-19 this year). Hear its gonna be the last one. The best thing about it is that its in North Wildwood, and in South Wildwood is a monstrous carshow.....and by the end of the weekend its just a missmosh of Irish Drunks and hot rodders doing burnouts and cheering them on Good times.
  21. yeah, it's always a good time up there. If you look at the last pic, theres 8 or 9 plugs in that gash in my realtors, and I dont even wanna think about how many holes I had to plug with my front stock tires, needless to say I bought new tires and rims all around after that trip. Definitely bring your plugs.....you're gonna need them. Kevlar lined tires and 6 ply tires seem to do pretty well. 4 ply (like the realtors) obviously didnt cut it.

  23. hey, how much you looking for it? What kind of shape is it in? Got pics? You can send to [email protected] Let me know, Thanks Bryan
  24. lol....go figure, they might be hitting the shock.....and it might not be fixable...... you should run and do this Nah man, good luck, let us know how it goes. Dude selling the arms just keeps digging himself into more shit.....you should feel lucky you at least got to try to put them on your shee to see if they even work. As long as they're not hitting, they should be alright, just keep an eye on it.
