  1. I'm in too, thanks Yamashee1!!!
  2. That's the most important part!!!
  3. Right back at ya
  4. Glad to see you're doing your usual job of stirring the pot... The religious topics don't insult me or any of my friends, where the racial comments do; which is why I said something. Happy now?
  5. I'm real interested to see the pics. I had to do a little engineering to my radiator plastic to get my grill to work but everything turned out pretty good. I'm fairly happy with my maiers. You probably just got a bad set, sorry to hear that you're having these problems. Have you contacted the people you got them from?
  6. Agreed! Thanks for clearing that up Polish  I don't give a damn what century it is, there's no reason for racist comments. The color of someone's skin doesn't define them, people need to wake the hell up and look a little deeper than the cover. If you want to make racial comments amongst yourself and between your friends, go right ahead...don't bring that shit on an open forum though, common sense should tell you that :shoothead:
  7. Dude you need to shut the fuck up with that racial shit...take it elsewhere, asshole
  8. I don't know about that....seems like he said that because he was implying black hookers are cheaper than white hookers. Considering there are several different races that visit these forums, that statement was out of line.
  9. :baseball_shocked:
  10. You wouldn't happen to have a stock stator laying around in good shape would you?
  11. Are you talking about the duck billed platypus looking maier plastics?
  12. Aww man, my track is about an hour drive from me and I go almost every weekend...load it up and get out there!! I don't think the rear brakes are a "requirement"...most of the tracks I've gone too just want you to have a form of brakes, doesn't have to specifically be the front or rear...calling them wouldn't be a bad idea though. Asphalt track here requires a helmet, jacket, and boots to race, that's it. The dirt track I go to just requires you to have a helmet and maybe a tether if you run faster than 5.20 I think.
  13. Another one for Tyler here...got a rear caliper from, really quick shipping. No BS, received exactly what I was looking for...Thanks man!!!!
  14. Sure seems like it!!! Made me sick to see my bike with a 160lb rider turn almost a half a second quicker than my time. Chase, you do need to hit the track with your shee, I'm definitely anxious too to see what kind of time you'd lay down. I'm sure there is some kind of track you could go to, asphalt or dirt...hell, there may even be a sand strip somewhere nearby  What city do you live in now?
  15. Oh yeah, a few jet sizes off will make a difference! :baseball_original:
  16. whitney houston diet :yelrotflmao: I'm gonna lose 80 lbs by next summer, that should equal 4 tenths of a second off my times :baseball_w00t: LOL, I just caught what you changed in the quote
  17. I agree with dajogejr, you're WAY too rich. I would start with the 155 main and work around that; 45 on the pilot
  18. It's sitting in the garage, will be on next year!!! Should be done before the PS drags, I'd like to attend/race even though I know I'll get spanked, LOL! I have way too many cheeseburgers under my belt compared to the featherweight jockeys they tend to run
  19. I just picked up an automotive compression tester from auto zone and it's done me right for the past few years. I've never had a stroker before so I don't know if it raises compression or not. Remember to hold the throttle open while you're kicking
  20. Toomey said themselves that the T6's were designed for a stock port engine. This was taken from Toomey's site under the T6 add: www.toomey.com "This all new pipe, designed specifically for the standard non-modified Yamaha Banshee Engine, creates more low-end and mid-range power AND peak power than any other pipe design available." But, for now, let's try and get it jetted right. If your plugs are black, then you are definitely too rich. Does it sputter in the high RPM's? What size main jets are in there now?
  21. To me, it looks like it's set at +10, I always thought the timing plate was "lined up" with the crack between the case halves, at least that's how mine is... 200 lbs of compression with 18cc domes sounds like there isn't much porting done...I'm running 18cc domes and my compression was just over 170. I might be wrong though, hopefully someone with more experience will correct me if I am  Oh yeah, that stator cover is badass
  22. Change your jets already....geez, it takes maybe 10 minutes to do. You'd be willing to rip it all apart and start over rather than pull the carb bowls off and change two main jets? :shoothead: You can't blame Duncan because you're jetting is off, that's ridiculous. Everybody's setup is different, there's no "set" jetting for a port job; there are too many variables to consider I can totally understand why they are against the T6's...T6's were designed for stock port engines. It's not fair to knock the engine builder because you don't want to take his suggestion. If you were doing what they recommended and it still ran like crap, sure, you can point some blame at them...but this is not the case. You should change pipes anyway now that you're running ported cylinders...T5's, paul turner high revs, anything but T6's
  23. Sand!!!!
  24. I've never had a problem with mine, I really like running the strutted setup. I also run solid struts on the dirt strip too. Just make sure you have both front struts the same length (if they're adjustable) and be extra sure you're alignment is straight.
