    does your lights even come on?? cus id say maybe you have crossed some wires that go to your killswitch.. qiuck fix thou.. dont turn on your lights..lol

    if stock cyls should be easy use your fingers.. and on stock cyls there is a small bevel on bottom of the sleeves... not sure bout cubs thou.. if you got them..

    if there trash maybe you could weld a nut to the top .. give you something to grab.. and get some pb blaster spray let it soak a lil.. if that fails myabe heat the stud with propane bottle just don't get it too hott and screw up your cyls..

    sounds like you need to take off the clutch cover and do some fine tuning on the shifter adjustments...

    sounds like a blocked jet in one of the carbs.. might tear them apart clean them up.. .. prolly the pilot jet.

    check your choke tube that goes between the 2 carbs..

    ohh yeah if they was stripped the tire wouldnt move with motor power (just spin inside the hub} and bike would wanna pull towards that side..

    if you put cotter pin in after it was tightened it should not come loose.. you got cotter pin in it???

    i run 20cc domes and burn 100ll .. my compression is around 170ish at sea level.

    you should be fine running 87.. 91 wont make a diff..
