When i put here back togehter the carbs are going to be cleaned out good. The was i hade taking the carbs of my brothers bike and that bike was running fine so this is a hard one i think .Dose anyone think that it mite have be a bad wrist pin bering from the day that i hade rebuild it and it just shit itself in the frist 20mins from the rebuild and thats why its fouling the plug and know just give way.

so y do ya think its doing plugs the are really wet when this happens a new plug and its all good

OK this is whats been going on ,its has been fouling up the left hand plug ive replaced reeds,intake boots,coil and leads and swapped over carbs from my brother bike(same jets 320 main but 25 pilot) but left the same neddles in that were in mine bike went for a ride today and it foul the plug again put in and new one then went for a ride it was running good for 20mins and then it was running off and then started making a rattling sound turned it off and brang it home and this is what i found is Wrist pin bearing on the left hand side has be all smashed into small bits, so what is the cause of all this its really giving me the sh.ts. When you split the bottem end is there a short cut to just the crank for little bits of shit soo ido not need to pull the hole thing a part cheers Ian P.S sorry about my english too

My bike is foulig the left cylinder only what could be the cause of this any help would be good. ive replaced the reeds ,coil and lead mods are in sig cheers Ian

I have sort of the same problem but a soon as I put new plugs in its ok 20mins later it dose it again when I pull the left plug out its wet like it is getting no spark and the right one is spot on and still firing I know there is spark on the left side because it give me a boot today LOL I

Dose not throw them out it just fires every know and then on the left on the right its fine, but and new set of plug and this helps and then 20min later it happens again What is wrong with my shee i have knew carby boots on there way + new coil and leads

hi guy i got aproblem with my bike hes what is wrong it has foul up 2 right hand side plugs swapped ovetr the lead a but new plugs in know its doing on the left do i have as stuffed lead or coil cheers ian
