sounds like same problem as anothet guy on here.. check and make sure slides are in the right carbs if they got reversed it will run like choke is on.. spit and sputter under accel...
the wires go to the thumb throttle??? if so i pretty sure you cut them at the throttle and remove the black box.. but just cut them at the thumb throttle this will leave the hole there plugged to keep dirt and grime out of cable area..
if you just had carbs off i would make sure you got slides in the right carbs.. they have a groove so they can only be put in one way.. but if you get in the wrong carbs they are backwards and it will run like the choke is on..
you might spray carb cleaner around carbs why running see if it bogs down if so you might have an airleak.. as far as the tors just cut the shit off nutin needs to be replaced..
if your behind the store dont think rangers can do shit bout a keg.. but i might be wrong whats diff between keg and shit load of beer cans .. atleast a keg you keep your cup less trash..lol
sorry to inform ya but a 4mm crank and vitos pistons wont give you 70hp.. your gonna need better pipes,4mm crank and some agressive porting, 34/35mm carbs..etc.etc....
