    if your gonna pc jus do like they say and fix the weld.. cus i can see the with powder over the hole eventually will have big bubble and look like shit when it comes off way bigger then the leak itsself..

    if its drained and empty.. if not i suggest drain it and put in 2 quarts of type f..

    you dont want a bunch on the oring and get it in your water system.. just ike i stated put lil bit of grease between your thumb and your pointer finger and pull the oring thru just enough to give it a lite film of grease.. all your wanting to do it hold the oring in place.. if you have vaseline but no grease just use vaseline..

    yeah just pull the orings thru your fingers with grease on them .. get them coated them pop them in the head..dont gob bunch of grease just use enough to hold them in there..

    if you do get rid of the bottle put the hose coming from top of radiator somehere it will leak on your pipesup under the gas tank out of view ofcourse.if it gets hott and spews... this will let you know if it gets hott (by smell or steam)and you will need to replenish fliuds..

    trex banshee has cyls like that go look at his post and see if they look like his and ask what brand they are.. either la sleeve monoblock or maybe vitos monoblock few other comapnys ithink..

    you need to break the tire down and make sure beads are clean.. more then likly there is sand between the bead and wheel.. and for extra insurance... i have seen jim sand toys put a lil black silicone around the bead.. not thick just put a lil and spread with your finger.. just enough to seal when its beaded..

    it wouldnt hurt the motor.. would help keep motor run lil cooler.. and you could add compression ..give ya lil more lowend.. but with 19cc domes would prolly need race gas.. not sure on your elevation..but noss could cut you some 20's.. or 21's.. i run 20 on my banshee.. i just had this head and decided to sell it.. i myself have not ran them 19cc domes..
