yea, even if you do the soapy water test, it is still possible for holes to be undetected. Same way with car tires, a tiny pinhole with pressure behind it won't cause the soap to bubble up, but it will push it out of the way.

if you know how to weld you can fill in the wallered out hole and then finish it off with a dremel or drill bit to make it tight again. Thats what i have done to mine(that i just had powdercoated black) then i went and bought a roundhouse -2 for 200 on ebayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

man this is one of the biggest dispute threats i've seen; some people hating it, some people liking it, me personally i like it, cause it gives it a change , even tho i still think a banshee looks badass the way it is. yea and thats true some people buy it for the looks, some buy it for the motor , but i don't think people buy it for the handling, if you wanted handling you'd buy a 250r, but then again thats why they make after market frames with a 250r geometry. Anyways I think its original because people have already swapped motors in both machines but i have never seen this swap take place. I give you 2 thumbs up for a good swap job. oh and i love that 250 blaster that thing looks so badass

Vitos powerport pistons what they are cracked up to be?
trail rider replied to Robert6608's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
one of the best places I know of to buy from is magic racing. you can get a banshee topend rebuild kit that includes a wiseco piston kit (rings pins clips, everything) needle bearings, and a topend gasket kit. all that for $180 shipped to your door -
my brother hasen't changed the oil in his banshee for a lil while longer than recommended, and there was plenty of metal shavings on the drain plug. my question is, is there some kind of liquid i can *swash* around in the tranny and then drain it to clean out the left over gunk and stuff. i know desiel fuel cleans dirty parts good, and i did a test by submerging some used clutch plates in it to see if would change the surface texture, and they felt the same afterwards. Or should he just go ahead and put some new tranny fulid in? any input would be appreciated. thanks.

fronts or rears. try some holeshot mxr6's they are pretty nice, and only $65 on RMatv. thers a pic of em on my R. the rears are 18x10x9's and the fronts are 19x6x10 holeshot sx's you wont be disappointed with em, they got really tall knobs in the rear and are super soft and hook up hard on anything. just dont get on the pavement with em and do hard take offs or burn outs lol cause it will rip the knobs off.

I got screwed out of a honda cr250 ignition system by a guy named adam miller on planet sand. sent the guy a money order around the beginning of july and still have nothing. and here today the guy emails me and says that he shipped it usps and they say it was delivered, but it must be invisible cause I sures hell dont have my ignition, its no where to be found! and apparently im not the only sorry SOB to be screwd by this bitch. I found out way to late that the guy was a crook after I had mailed him the money and waiting paitently for my parts. I just happened to start reading on the PS fourms one day and I found this guys name in the resolution center and im like oh no fucking way! . I guess it was just my luck to buy from this guy cause he gave me a hell of a deal and sent pics and everything. but im not gonna draw this shit out. Ive lost $300 and I probably cant get it back so i'll just have to get over it, but I want to warn everybody I can, NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ADAM MILLER!!! his screen name on there was 85atcrider, and he's had several orther names close to that. and hes from around ortonville michagin, thats where I sent my money to. gave me the name Sue Miller to send to some P.O box in ortonville michigan. I guess thats his mommy or wife or gf or I dont know and dont care. this guy has played dumb ass with me in emails saying he sent it and its not his fault that I aint got it yet and that I didnt tell him to insure it and some other bull shit. but the fact of the matter is, ive wasted $300 on this fucker and im not the only one and probably wont be the last. so watch out for this guy. if you go to planet sand to the resolution center at the bottom of the forums there should be a topic called "adam miller". alot more info on the guy
