Since you brought it up.. It would be very, very good at killing people. Much more so than a 'traditional' bolt action rifle. In my opinion it was way too easy to buy. I didn't have to demonstrate any mental health capacity or any knowledge or proficiency in the firearm operation. Now, I am only going to use the gun for killing deer, hogs and zombies but someone with bad intentions and a clean record could walk right into a store and walk out with this gun in 30 minutes. Doing a criminal background check is fine and dandy but all bad guys had to start somewhere and some of the people you saw on the news responsible for 'mass shootings' had no criminal record. My opinion is that there should at least be some sort of mental health screening for everyone who buys a gun in addition to the background check. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

This is my current junk. Custom no link out back, banshee cradle, yfz geo up front so any YFZ parts can bolt up. It’ll be a full Ti front end from Rath. The only custom 450 parts will be the steering stem as no one makes stems for the YFZ tall enough to come up to the banshee tank height. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So, I'm not an expert, but basically I run flat timing from just above idle to through the dead spot in the power band. You can extend the off idle ramp up a little to smooth the throttle off idle. I keep raising the timing here until I can't tell a difference. In my case I hit the limits of the Dynatek Ignition at 27*. Just as the pipe comes on I drop the timing to stock and add back until I can't tell a difference again. Then at peak power I add until I have signs of light deto then back the timing back down a degree or two. After peak power I drop the timing to about 5 degrees to allow for increased overrev. The dropping of the timing after peak power transfers heat from the cylinder to the pipe allowing for a broader powerband. I mainly run curve 3, but will run 2 sometimes if its super hot out or bad fuel. My setup is a Pump Gas Ported 421 Serval with 24cc domes, PWK 33s, and SBIF Shearers. Throttle response is pretty good and I can overrev to about 11.3K to 11.5K rpm in 6th. This curve hasn't been dyno'd but I've been happy with it for the last 2 years or so. I could probably hold a little more timing between 10-11K but this has been a safe setup and I like it better than the stock curve or a +4.

If you have 10psi of vacuum because your slides are all the way down you will have 10 or maybe even more psi less compression. Now when you mentioned it, I'll run a test with full throttle and no throttle at all, just to see the difference. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk

1-1\2 times the diameter of a bolt is the max holding limit of any thread.any longer is just extra. Ie. 1\2" bolt would equal 3\4 length of thread engagement.
