im 27 from kentucky, been on a shee for almost 8 years.. we have 3 of them. damn that piston is nutzz, what did the cylinder look like?? wonder how much compression u had in that cylinder before tear down??lol about -12? lol

49 from pa and still drag racing a shee. i had an rd350 long time ago and blew a piston in it. never looked that bad tho,lol. mine was a 1974 reed induction or as yamaha called it "torque induction" .

I love seein the older guys still riding banshee's..

My cousin that I ride with, he is 40 he also has a banshee and he rides harder and crazier then most people that i ride with and there all half is age and weight.... And he's 260lbs..

Tyler, at my age I'm holdin' on to everything I got anyway! Trick is to go easy on the Metamusil to hold on tight enough!

It is a wicked start compared to the normal banshee spin. You added allot of fun to drag racing my shee with these tires.

I bet this piston is older than most of you... :biggrin:

I pulled it out of my '74 RD350 (the purple year) when I blew it up in '83. Un :cool:

I just never had the heart to get rid of it....

I'll have 'em throw it in the box with me when I roll out!! :yelrotflmao:
