  1. Funny. I have an almost identical dent on one of my FMFs. Rollover on a dune. Knee banged into it.
  2. I was there Saturday just for the day. I'll be out for the whole weekend 27th-1st. The big bust right now is riding on the gravel road (Ted Kipf) on the East side of the tracks. Tons of tickets being written on the way to B-ville. take the trails if you head that way.
  3. I have the Trinity 35 (no airbox)on both my Banshees. Both bike just have pipes and V force. I didn't get them for power gains but to simplify the bike. Both bikes bolted right up with zero trouble or the need to trim. Both bikes have run perfectly for over 3 years without ever having to aduct the carb from out of the box.
  4. I stripped down some springs with regular paint stripper. Worked perfectly. The gold colored can stuff. Worked liek a charm. If it's thin paint, you could always try carb cleaner.
  5. Any quality way (i can't think of one) of making them black is going to be more expensive than buying NEW black plastic.
  6. If you have the coin, PC it. Otherwise, prime and spray it yourself for a few bucks. The swingarm is usually the first thing to get dirty on a ride so why spend a lot?
  7. What's special? Factory plastics are a complete ripoff. Fullbore Red is amazing looking of you want red. Makes a Banshee look 10x better
  8. I've never heard a FIRST PERSON story about getting popped. I have heard a story about a guy who knew a guy who got checked during a stop. Make sure you have your pass. that's more important. get it before you get to Glamis because you might not be able to buy one there but you can definitly get a ticket there.
  9. A friend of mine had this problem with his Raptor. He eventually used a BIG breaker/leverage bar. About 6 feet. Try a bigger helper bar, then resort to cutting and smashing
  10. ^^^^^^^^^^There you go! I wouldn't even PC it. Prime and rattlecan! Done.
  11. If it is possible, it's going to be extremely Nig Rigged. Never heard of any contraption like that. Save a few $$$ and get a nice new Swingarm. If you're not interested in going longer, I see stock size all the the time. They seemt o be easier to get used than +4. Personally, I love having a +4. I only ride sand though
  12. I have no idea what could be causing what. Think about your purchase over for a while. I bought a TORS removal kit and one year later, bought the 2 into 1. Theres nothing worse than buying stuff, then having it become obsolete in a short time. If you think you can afford it, Id get the Trinity. You'll be getting rid of a ton of junk, minimizing your setup, dealing with one carb and you get a brand new airfilter. My 35mm's both plugged right into my system without any adjustments. I bolted it up and haven't touvhed it since. It's really easy to install to. Paying a mechanic is SO expensive. Both bikes have pipes and Vforce.
  13. Fullbores are fucking Awesome! The Red looks especially sweet.
  14. Stock shocks? I don't they are comming off without some special tools and techniques. Aftermarket shocks are easy liek stated above.
  15. I have the Trinity 2 into 1, 35mm on both my Banshees. I love it! Get it, make your bike run and screw your mechanic.
  16. Back seats in a Rhino is a joke. Only kids can fit back there and that can be dangerous with them being over the axle (whiplash). LIFTING a rhino?! Never heard of that. They make Suspension kits but straight lifting a rhino is suicide. A stock rhino is what you would want. Anyhting aftermarket other than a few engine tweeks is all for show. * A Razr will smoke a Rhino any day of the week.
  17. Stock swingarm? I can't imagine a swinger getting bent. Unless it was in a SERIOUS wreck. The stock swinger is a pretty solid piece of metal.
  18. 2WD in Pismo is dangerous. I've heard nothing good about Pismo. Crowded, wet, rusty, rutted. Dumont is supposed to be pretty sweet. Real sand. Not sure about toilets. I'd be camping way out of the way though. take a crap behind a bush
  19. Whats a good molded paddle? How are Sand Stars? 8 or 9 paddle Haulers? Whats a good paddle for my setup? Ya. maybe tyere should be a sticky Paddle topic for this forum. Then again, that would make this one very small forum
  20. hahahaaa. It's fricken unbelievable! I see guys say "do a search" all the time. But paddle questions take it to the next level. Every god damn day
  21. Can anyone find out how many topics have been started regarding paddles? Between "what size Haulers?" and "paddles for sand/Glamis?" I think this forum needs to be renamed.
  22. Plastics/Swingarm make me think it's a YFZ450 or a Raptor
  23. I got this for Christmas. Unbelievable! I've only got to play this for an hour or so. But I love it. I'm on PS3. Look for me. I suck. You'll get some easy kills
  24. I've heard nothing but praise about their A-arms. Top notch. Stators and lights are tricky because a lot of work is left up to the owner to install properly. I try to avaoid messing with my electrical/engine stuff.
