Is the flywheel set on the key good,check the pickup gap. One of those could be the cause for weak or no spark.

I know on brand new plugs you got to crush the washer down on them,hell from seated I can get almost a full turn out of them. Do a google search on piston wash and read up on it, the way your pistons look your pretty darn close to where you need to be. Your running premium pump gas(91 oct or better)right? Do a compression check to see where your at.

Yea those flexx bars are nice but way to pricey. The reason why im looking to get some new ones is because I had a role over and bent my bars all to shit. Id really be bummed if I had a set of those on lol! But im looking to get some decent bars,mabey something name brand?

Make sure to grease the inside lip of your seals and lube your cylinders,pistons,and crank bearings with two stroke oil.

Welcome to the HQ! $450 is a dam good deal right there even if it needs a little tlc. If I were you I would have the cylinders bored if needed and honed with new pistons to match. good luck on the build.

I had the same problem,silicone only worked for a week and leaked again. Use something gasoline resistant, yamabond works great and I have not had a leak since.

I bought a kit off ebay last year that had all the bearings and seals for the chassis, they all fit great. Before you put the bearings in put them in the freezer for a few hours first,it helps allot.

I basically have the same engine your building and im still rockin the stock carbs,it runs dam good! Im sure I could get more power with some aftermarket carbs,28s would be my choice in the future.

If you do mostly trail riding id go with the 4mil mx port,set up right you can get 65 to 70 hp out of it. I rock a 4mil woods port and I spank all over most 4 strokes. hell I let my friends that ride the 450s jump on mine for a rip and they come back wide eyed and shakin!LOL

Get your cylinders ported if you want a major hp boost,and as long as you build it right reliability will not be an issue.
