it's a 2001 arctic cat thundercat with 2300miles. blackmagic head & pipes, boyesen reeds, cover, 192 studs, shocks rebuilt at 1000miles, tour buddy & reverse.

i wasn't 20mins from where i picked it up and the cops pulled me over. two cruisers, wondering what i was doing with a sled in july, they thought it was stolen. (picked it up right near an indian reserve that's famous for stealing stuff) so they ran the VIN and then let me go.

should be fassst :D

I rode one last year out in Colorado, it was only a 600 though, not quite as fast as a 1000 haha. Either way it was a blast and we rode the tar out of the thing. It'll pay for itself in one or two rides trust me.

should get that thing to the dunes

that would be sweet...hell on the hifax though :flamewar:

from my personal experience the 900's are WAYYYY better than the 1000's but hey. Still looks pretty sick

Nice sled man. I have rode small ones in the past when i was younger and rode a 600cc one once that was my uncle's and it was scary fast for me. Anyway nice find. Have fun and enjoy.

Sweet sled man. I just got rid of my 900cc mod 98 srx . My buddy had a 98 1000 tcat looked similar to that one . They haul the mail for sure. Nothing beats a triple piped triple T cat.

My buddy clocked his at 136 with some simple clutch work and 244 1 inch carbides on the ice in northern michigan. My mod sled ran a 130 and it was far from stock.

Its actually not as bad of a trail machine as ya think. But if you plan on jumping it which is a big no no with a triple triple upgrade the suspension.

Otherwise pin it and grin!! Itll hit 100 before you can blink your eyes a few times.

We used to run a trail next to the highway, and at 70 mph you can pull the skis 8 inches off the snow and walk away from cars doing the speed limit on the highway.
