i would go with ball joints especially if you do any riding in the water or sand. the boot should keep all the shit out. you can get arms now that require no reaming.
looks kinda big and heavy. and only 450cc's? i think id havr to see it in a bike or quad before id ever think about buying one. who knows, maybe its real badass.
if its jumping teeth youll notice a popping noise. is it popping? if you have the chain at the right tightness then you should be fine there. its gotta be your clutch. how old is the machine? whens the last time you did anything to it? id say order a clutch from rockymountain atv for like 65 bucks and throw it in. i bet youll notice a big difference.
how about blue or light blue frame and silver plastic. some chrome and a seat to match. i wouldnt do pink cuz ull get a lot of shit for riding that. have you asked her what colors she likes? maybe she knows just what she wants. sit down with her on the internet and show her some quads. let her see the plastic choices and what not. tell her youll have some custom painting done on them for her. you could have yourself painted on the rear fenders. haha that may be goin a little far, but id show her some pics from here and see hat she thinks.
exhaust, intake or just go all out and supercharge it! i have never heard much good about programmers in gas trucks. now diesels are a different story. they respond very well to them.
need some of those. just need the lights not any of the mounting shit. i have paypal anytime someone has some. send me a pm or post here. thanks, tyler.

im kinda biased. maybe just a little.
i saw it too. something looks fucked up with it. wasnt that the one where they stated the hp on the cover, then 2 more times in the article and all 3 were different??
i only run fast trekkers. i ride on the road a lot and they hold up well. they hook up in any condition. ive run them in mud, sand, loose dirt, hard dirt....they work very well. now if you can find a set i would say try them.
ive got a 39mm keihin bored out to a 40mm on the cr500 banshee. its a beast of a carb. although it doesnt look quite like that. thats got all that external adjustment shit that i wish i had. it would be really nice to not have to change jets.
f*ck a ds650. those are the ugliest, biggest, goofiest looking piece of shit ive ever seen. i wouldnt fuckin ride one if someone gave it to me. who would want one anyway?
im thinkin you will kill yourself or you will not be able to afford insurance. im 21 and insurance companies laugh at me when i ask them about insurance for a bike like that.
just weld the axle into the carrier... haha no. id just use the stock axle nuts. wrench them both down tight, and then you have to tighten them into each other. the one closest to the carrier you reverse and the one further away you tighten. this locks them together and you should have no more problems.
