  5. i run 9 paddle extreme haulers. they hook like a motherfucker and arent overkill. that setup was 77 hp with a 4mm stroker and +4 swinger. 160 lb rider. we really need to know your setup to really get you where you need to be.

  7. a ticking noise prolly wont be the water pump. you prolly have a bigger problem on your hands. id start with the clutch. what happens when you pull it in? you can always pull just the water pump cover off and take the plate off and see if the impeller looks to be broken. theres a lot of shit behind there tho that can go bad. i still think that a ticking would be something metal, the impeller is plastic.
  8. just ditch the bottle man. its not needed. run the overflow straight to the ground.
  9. pm "dlnoss" here on the site and he can tell you what size to run and what compression youll be at. david def sells the best heads around and hes always here to answer questions. also you dont have to switch out the cylinder head studs like you do with a pro design head.
  10. i agree. go with a low end port and gear it high. eric gorr does a real nice woods port that will easily pull a 17 tooth up front. youll def need bigger carbs tho to get the most out of just about any porting.
  11. jeff at FAST sells the baskets. same damn thing as a hinson but like half the price. thats what i got in mine made all the difference in the world. hit him up about it. if you replace the basket might as well replace the inner and outer hubs. they are cheap and jeff stocks them too. dont wait too long, those stock worn parts will wear your clutch quicker.

  13. check the stator and see if any wires are loose on it.
  14. i would check ebay or watch the HQ for one. they go for next to nothing most of the time. pm NYUK, he might have one layin around. im pretty sure the rz350 crank is the same and you wont have to change any gears, but itll prolly be easier to buy a used one for a banshee. you can rebuild it but for themoney youll spend you can buy a used one for less im sure. all you should need is a case for the bottom. if its not real bad you could prolly have a mchine shop weld it up and smooth it back out. i would really check into that before you buy anything. ebay or here. ebay for crank and rockymountainatv.com for pistons and whatever else you might need.
  15. what kind of riding do you do? to reach a speed of 100 mph your porting and gearing will not be good for much else other than going fast. i doubt thats gonna be a very good bike to run in the woods without a major gearing change. what types of riding are you gonna be doing?
  16. if its a pwk i would think that its a 35mm. check www.pro-flo.com they should tell what sizes they make in a pwk airstryker.

  23. i saw some hillclimb video in a huevos video just not sure which one it was. there was a dude that flipped his bike over backwards and shit. that hill looked pretty fun. the atv hillclimb scene is not as big here as it is out east. i wish i had more of them goin on around here.
